Anastasia Hansom turned to face Eugene Harper, the look of helplessness on both their faces speaking volumes. Although Doctor Zhao had won Angelo Hansom's affection, getting him to acknowledge his roots wouldn't be an easy task.
"Uncle Zhao was so happy to see you awake that he said he would help Mom take care of you. Would you mind that?"
Angelo Hansom smiled innocently, "I like Uncle Zhao too, I don't mind at all. Plus, it can help ease the burden for you, Mom. I'm very happy about it."
Anastasia Hansom understood that her child's understanding stemmed from a deep concern for her, and she couldn't help but stroke his head, giving him more warmth and care.
