"She's his mate." Priya's eyes widened.
"You can't say anything,'' Jai said firmly.
"Not to anyone, not even her. Myself, Daniel and Cain are the only ones who know."
"How can she not know she is his mate?" Priya asked incredulously. Jai pursed his lips.
"She's a human."
Priya sucked in a deep breath and shook her head.
"How are you planning on dealing with that?"
"I don't need you to tell me this is a complicated situation," he said.
"I just need you to go in there, do whatever she asks you to do, and not say a word about who you are, who we are, or what we do."
