As the sun began to set, the fury of activity increased and everywhere Angelica looked from inside her bedroom window seemed covered with angels. Angel of beauty, Kenya was just finishing with her hair as she weaved flowers threw it. As kenya walked out of the room, Angelica walked over to the massive bed that was made of pink tinted ivory and looked down at her dress for the night. It was bright white with gold outlining the sleeves, neckline, and bottom. It reached just above her knees and was puffy towards the bottom. At the head of her bed was a box that contained her tiara for the night. She owned a few tiara but this night she'd wear this particular one for it was fashioned by Micah himself the day she was borne. The jewels in it were fashioned from the rays of the sun and beams of light from the moon.
Gabriella bustled in the room in her gold dress and looked at Angelica. "We have to hurry now pretty girl. Its almost time for the ceremony now." Gabriella helped her into her dress and as she stood in front of the room length mirror, Gabriella guilded the tiara onto her head. "Wow, you two look gorgeous." They turned to see Michael in the doorway. At 6'5 with broad shoulders and glassy grey eyes, he was one of the most terrifyingly handsome men in the highest of heaven. His flawless tanned skin was the envy of many. He walked over and picking his bondmate up he kissed her passionately. The sparks that floated around the room dazzled Angelica as they always did but this time she noticed they looked different. Gasping softly she realized they looked a lot like... "Butterflies." She looked up as Gabriella spoke from in Michael's arm. She smack him playfully as he lowered her and smirked. "Whens the last time i made you sparked butterflies beautiful?" He winked and left the room leaving Gabriella giggling and blushing. Watching her parents was the highlight of her days for she dreamt of the day she'd have that love.
Out in the pavilion her mother led her to onto the stage where the thrones where located. These thrones much like the ones in the throne room of the temple where made of the purest gold and ivory known in the heaven. There where five for the four of them and Micah. There had once been a sixth one but that was removed after the battle with Luicfer. She sighed softly thinking of him as for some reason although she'd been small, she'd always felt a connection to the fallen angel. She followed her instincts and never spoke on it tho there where times she wondered about him.
The sound of the trumpets pulled her out of her thoughts as her mother led her to the throne furthest on the left. Her mother stood beside her on the right as the awaited the signals. She looked around her mom and saw Michael on the right side of the throne that separated Gabriella and him. As she looked at him, he smiled at her and she was overcome with a calmness. She hadnt even realized she was nervous until that moment. She breathed softly and looked around just as the sun set and the last of its rays danced off the pavilion walls. There was a silence as Micah walked from the temple to the pavilion. As he passed the angel bowed to him and began softly singing. She bounced on her toes as he approached the excitement pulsing in the air around them. When he reached the pavilion he headed to her and kissed her forehead. She tingled all over as she bowed to him, his power unmatched in the heavens had the tendency to make some breathless and she was no exception. When he was in front of his throne he lifted his hands and everyone stood and the singing increased in volume. As she joined in, she felt her mother's wings brushing against her and step away from her to give her space. With a cue unknown to her, all the adult begin to left in the air flying in circles around the pavilion. Now the light reflecting off the raising full moon and the lingering of the sun made the already bright wings impossible to look at and she was forced to look away.
The angels contiuned to rise up until they reached the temple. There they lifted Steven out the window and as the landed on the alsie leading to the pavilion she gasped seeing him now. At 5'6 with bright blue eyes and blond hair that almost looked white, he was stunning and destined for greatness. Tonight he was dressed in the purest of white. His suit tailored made fit him like a second skin and his milk chocolate skin shone against the moon light.
He walked up the step of the pavilion and knelt in front of Micah as the singing turned into humming. From the side of the pavilion, an angel approached and bowing to Micah. She then said, "If it is your will to commit him to service, i am ready." Micah nodded and stepped to her before leaning down and kissing stevens forehead. She turned to face Steven who looked to the sky. When the angel spoke the power in her voice caused Angelica to shiver in response. "I am Leana, angel of foresight. Do not be afraid young angel." She placed her hand on Steven's forehead right when Micah had kissed him. As she stood there her eyes glassed over and began darting back and forth quickly. Angelica heart began to race watching until Michael slipped behind her and placed his hand of her shoulder. She instantly was calm as he whispered, "She is seeking his future so she can name him his heaven given name." Shocked Angelica tilted her head at him and he shook his head letting her know when her time came shed understand. Steven began to shake as Leana contiuned. She then stepped back, "How do you commit young angel?" "I commit to bring light and good to all. I commit to protect, defend, honor, and always uphold the name of the heavens." Leana tilted her head at him her glassed eyes flickering in horror as she stumbled back and whipped her head to Angelica. Leana then shook herself hard steady herself as Micah looked at her. Then she spoke, "The name given to him by his parents is now stripped from him for it doesnt stand for his future. From this day forth this angel shall be known as Protector and Provider. His name now and forevermore shall be MALICAH!!!!"
With that Leana collapsed as a giant sword appeared in Micah's hands. Micah grabbed Leana to keep her from slamming her head into the pavilion floor as two more angels carried her off. There were mummers amonh the angels as Micah signaled for silence. He then lifted the sword and looked at Michael and nodded. Michael stepped forward taking the sword as he approached the newly name Malicah. "It is my pleasure to past the sword of faith to my firstborn, my son, Malicah as he begins his journey. Keep the faith and know this sword will always respond to you as long as you steer clear of evil doings. Keep your feet on the path of the heavens and always be blessed." With that he cut his forearm and then Malicah's. As the blood exchanged between the two, the heaven began pulsing with the rejoicing of the angel. Micah stepped up to Malicah and pulled him to his feet. With a final kiss on the forehead, he ran his hand over Malicah's wings. Where tiny white wings had been, now giant wings that glitter with gold and white and ivory pinks of feathers and fluff were. When Micah stepped away pushing Malicah towards to angels, the silence that greeted him was astonishing as everyone awaited his first flight. Malicah cracked his neck and rotated his shoulder testing the weight of his wings. As he pushed them away from his body the moon light hit them making them glow. Suddenly that glow covered his entire body and when it receded, no longer was he in white. Now his suit was covered in shades of blue and his blonde hair was streaked with blues all over. He lifted into the air effortlessly and circled the pavilion. He flew towards the sky directly in front of the moon. In that moment he clapped his hands causing drops of water to fall all around the pavilion and temple. The drops danced and he began to dance around in his drops. All around Angelica, the chants of his new name began and others joined him in the sky.
Later, as she climbed into her bed, she smiled happy for her brother but ready more than ever for her turn. She was closing her eyes when the itching under her skin began and continued to grow. Somehow, instinctively she knew what was happen that somewhere, somehow, her father was contacting her.She focused on it until the itching turnt to a burning sensation that threatened to stop her heart. "I know who you are" she responded. "Oh? And who am i?" Came the response. "Luicfer! My father."
