VICTOR’S INTEREST Ivy's POV The Blackwell building's rooftop garden was very stunning. Soft music drifted through the air as the trellises were encircled by twinkling lights. It felt like a scene from a movie, one of those unbelievable things. But, I was unable to enjoy it. Not at all. Griffin was engaged in a lengthy conversation with a group of executives, and I couldn't take my eyes off of him. His presence seemed heavier than normal tonight, his jaw stiff, his motions more deliberate; I couldn't quite put my finger on it.
