Chapter 9

[Nicole’s P.O.V.] The day after the party is the first day of school. They couldn’t have chosen a worse day to start up classes. My eyes are red and swollen, my back hurts from falling on the floor and all with all, I am a total mess. I look at myself in the mirror and try to make the swelling a little less with some ice cubes I found in the freezer compartment of the fridge in my room. It is one of the perks of paying for your room. I can welcome people and offer them a drink, with ice. I just need to remind myself of the fact that I will need to freeze some more ice cubes. Lucky for me, the swelling and redness do fade a little. The rest I can hide away with some make-up.   I have just put my clothes on and am braiding my hair, when somebody knocks on the door. ‘One moment,’ I say, knowing that they won’t hear anyways. The rooms are sound proof. That way we have all the privacy we could wish for. I open the door, with one hand still clutching onto my hair. ‘Harlen?’ I say, a little surprised. ‘Can I come in?’ I step aside as answer, creating room for him to come in. He closes the door behind him and looks around the room a little. I know he is probably thinking about how many junk I put up in order to make it less boring and standard. ‘Nice room,’ he just says. I look at him and narrow my eyes. ‘What is wrong?’ I know him long and well enough to recognise it when something is wrong. ‘Keith caught me,’ he whispers. I frown. ‘Caught you do what?’ I stop braiding. ‘God, Harlen, don’t tell me you jumped Lexi?’ ‘No! I- I- I just, kind of tried to kiss her.’ I grunt and stamp my feet. ‘Harlen.’ ‘I know.’ ‘Now he is never gonna let you near her again.’ ‘I know.’ ‘How could you do that?’ I sigh. ‘I- It is just- She smelled so nice.’ I grunt again. ‘And- I think she felt it too.’ I feel my heart stop and slowly sit down on my bed. If she felt it, then she – a person of who we aren’t even sure whether or not she is a wolf – has noticed the signs quicker than her own brother, who very clearly is a wolf. ‘We were standing so close together,’ Harlen tells me, ‘and then she sniffed me. She sniffed me, Nicole.’ He sounds so excited. ‘Her body was so close to mine and she enjoyed it. I kept her safe, I kept her close and she liked it. I could see it in her face. She is like an open book. So I bowed forward and then Keith-‘ He suddenly stops passing and turns towards me. ‘Keith.’ He says. ‘Nicole, what happened with you and Keith yesterday?’ ‘I don’t want to talk about it,’ I mumble. ‘Nicole.’ He comes and sits next to me on my bed. ‘You do know that, whatever happened, it caused a scene?’ I growl. I know he is right. By the end of today, everybody will know anyway. ‘I am surprised you don’t already know.’ He shrugs. ‘I left the party shortly after. Keith took Alexia away,’ he sighs. ‘There was not much to it after that.’ It’s nothing like him to leave a party. Harlen loves parties, he loves dancing with girls and flirting. The last few years he almost always took someone back to his room to enjoy the night with. ‘So, tell me. What happened.’ I moan of embarrassment. ‘I was dancing with Jake,’ I start. ‘We noticed Keith and Felicia. So Jakey, you know how he is, he started to tell me how awful Felicia is and how much of a vixen she is to do something like that to someone from her own pack.’ The usual “burn the witch” behaviour of Jakey. He and Felicia always but heads and Jake likes to nag about people he doesn’t like. In this case, of course, I didn’t mind him sneering about Felicia. ‘But then we saw her kissing his neck. He liked it Harlen.’ Only thinking about it makes my heart hurt again. ‘She kissed him!’ ‘His neck,’ I correct him. ‘More than once. And rubbing her hips up against him- And- And I guess I can’t even really blame him.’ The tears come welling up again. ‘I mean, no man could ever resist that.’ I know that is not true. Mated men can resist that. Harlen knows it too. ‘It made me think, maybe he isn’t-‘ I can’t even get it out. ‘Maybe he isn’t-‘ I take a deep breath. ‘Maybe he will never feel the way I feel. Maybe I should let go of the bond.’ ‘Nicole,’ he whispers. ‘It has been four years, Har.’ I let myself fall back and lie on my back. ‘I haven’t been able to convince him of- well, of me.’ I stare at the ceiling. ‘Yesterday he said that he doesn’t belong to anyone, Harlen. Me included.’ Harlen lies back too. ‘Why not give it one more year?’ he asks. ‘Things are different now. He will spend more time here at school, so more time with you. He is looking for a pack. His sister is around. His sister likes you. He might get the feeling.’   There’s another knock on the door. ‘I’ll open it.’ Harlen gets up. I rub away my tears. I should stop the crying, it will only make my eyes worse. ‘Alexia.’ I jump up at hearing Harlen say her name. His voice is so low, I am fairly sure he will jump her here and now if I don’t intervene. ‘Harlen,’ I hear her whisper. I quickly make my way to them and grab Harlen’s arm, to prevent him from touching Lexi. ‘Lexi,’ I say. She was the last person I had expected to be here. ‘Hey,’ she says. ‘I wanted to check in on you.’ She is so sweet. ‘Are you okay?’ ‘So, you’ve heard?’ ‘Freya,’ I say. ‘Who?’ ‘She’s my other roommate, a- a wolf,’ she explains. I moan. ‘Of course she is.’ News travels quick amongst packs when a wolf is involved. I my own misery, I let go of Harlen’s arm. He immediately reaches out to Lexi. I wish Keith was that way with me. I can just prevent him from pulling her to him, by slapping his arm away. ‘Ignore that,’ I tell Lexi, who seems confused. ‘He had too much to drink last night,’ I lie. He probably only had the drink I gave him, but I want to prevent that he has s*x in my room, let alone with Lexi, on her first real day of school. ‘Thank you, for checking up on me.’ I give her a hug. ‘But I will be fine. Really. You go down to the canteen. The first day of school is always the best in the canteen.’ I want to get her out of here and get Harlen a cold shower. ‘They have plenty of waffles and pancakes, and the schedules are available and all. This is also the most quiet day in the canteen, because people have a hangover and all.’ ‘Will you be going there too?’ she asks me. ‘Yeah, in a bit. I just need to do a few things.’ Hurry off already. ‘Okay,’ she says. ‘I’ll see you in a little.’ I quickly close the door once she has turned around and push Harlen towards the bathroom. He is growling all the way. ‘You, take a shower and cool off!’ I slam the door shut.   [Keith’s P.O.V.] When I see Lexi walk in, my first instinct is to jump up to get to her, but I decide not to. I want to see what she does, how she acts. I can’t always be around. She looks around the canteen. All the many, many rows of tables have been filled up. I know Bellian is somewhere around here too, I have already spotted her. I wonder why they didn’t come down here together. After looking around for a while, she decides to grab a tray and walk to the lunch lady. She talks with Lydia for a little while, then a boy pops up and stands behind her. From his bleached hair I can see it is Jakey. He is harmless, at least to most women. Still, I wonder what he wants from her. ‘I’ll be right back,’ I tell Coden. ‘Don’t eat my pancakes,’ I add growling. He just chuckles. I get up. As I walk towards Lexi and Jakey, in order to eavesdrop. Before I even get close enough, I see Nicole walk in. Her eyes look a little puffy. Before I know, I stand in front of her. She looks at me. Her eyes are a little red. She has been crying. I gently touch her cheekbone. ‘You have been crying.’ She just stares at me. ‘Can we talk?’ She nods and so I take her outside. Not just out of the canteen, out of the campus. We walk a little through the garden, quietly, before sitting down on one of the benches. ‘Will you talk to me?’ I ask her. I take her hand, trying to make her more at ease. She just stares at them. ‘Should I-‘ I start pulling my hand away. ‘Am I inappropriate?’ ‘No,’ she says. She grabs my hand. ‘Keith I- I like it when you hold my hand.’ I blink in surprise. ‘You like it?’ She turns bright red. I just stare at her in total amazement. ‘You-‘ I look at her hands. Felicia had told her, that Nicole was just mad that she couldn’t get me herself. She called Nicole jealous. ‘You are-‘ I can’t believe I hadn’t realised this before. I had looked at her like that, of course I had. I remember seeing her for the first time. I felt like an i***t with my chin on the ground. I had never seen anyone quite as beautiful as her. But then I hadn’t seen quite so many girls, except for my sisters and mom. She had been in a relationship back then. Peter, a large guy, two years older than her, he had kissed her and I realised how stupid I was. What must she have thought with me staring at her like that. It went on for days, Peter became more possessive and Nicole and I became better friends. I felt so embarrassed about thinking the way I did, that I decided upon putting those feelings away. I am used to doing that, putting feelings away. I am good at it. Ever since, whenever those feelings bubbled up again, I would shut it all down and go on in automatic pilot. I never thought she might think the same way about me. ‘But-‘ Suddenly her lips are on mine. I am overwhelmed by my own senses. It slips over me as a warm coat. Her smell fills up my nostrils, intoxicating me and taking over my mind. I cannot keep it in anymore. My hands wrap themselves around her, pulling her close, my lips devour hers, in a hunger I did not know I had. She seems to possess the same hunger. She climbs onto my lap, pushing her body even closer. I can’t help but growl a little in excitement. Then somebody clears his throat. I ignore it, but it happens again. I free my lips from Nicole’s. ‘Go away,’ I tell, whoever is interrupting us. Nicole immediately puts her lips back on mine. ‘Don’t get me wrong, mate. I would love to let you guys suck face some more,’ Coden says, he sounds like he is smirking. ‘I am just as happy as the next person with you two getting together, but class starts in less than fifteen minutes and you guys have not yet brought your books. So you might want to, stop… this. And you know, get your stuff.’ I know he’s right, I know. That doesn’t mean I like it. I once again free my lips from Nicole, who moans in disappointment. She buries her face in my neck. I still have trouble concentrating. I open my eyes, in an attempt to find something else to put my focus on. Coden chuckles. ‘Excited much?’ ‘Bugger off Coden,’ I growl. ‘Not leaving until you guys split. I’m a good friend like that.’ He is having way too much fun. ‘We wouldn’t want you to miss school now, would we?’ I give Nicole a few kisses on her neck and cheek, which almost sucks me back in. ‘Nic?’ ‘Hmmm?’ She is kissing my neck now. ‘Hmm- We need to stop.’ I want to close my eyes again, but I fight the urge to kiss her again. I take her waist. ‘Come on,’ I mutter. I try to push my feelings back into its box, but it doesn’t seem to work as well as it did before. ‘Just one more kiss?’ Her lips caress my skin. ‘Hmmm, just one more,’ I give in. She puts her lips on mine again. I close my eyes and enjoy the moment. When I feel out of breath, I softly retreat. ‘There,’ I whisper. ‘There,’ she repeats. I look at her. She still has her eyes closed. Her face reads pure pleasure. It gives me goosebumps. She slowly opens her eyes, looking at me with her dark, brown eyes. Normally they are honey gold, but they have darkened. So have mine, I am sure of it. ‘Come on you love birds.’ Coden claps his hands. ‘Get up, get moving.’ ‘We should,’ I tell Nicole. She just nods her head. It takes her a few more seconds to actually get off of me. She just stares at me and I stare back. ‘Okay, Nicole, you go to your room and get your things, I am gonna take our friend here to his. Move your ass.’ He grabs my arm and pulls me away. I stumble along, while looking at Nicole. She keeps standing and watches me go.   ‘Man up,’ Coden tells me, as he pulls me along. ‘I know it feels good and all hot and horny, but you and I both know you can’t jump her in the garden.’ He grins widely. ‘Not by day, at least.’ ‘I hate you,’ I tell him. ‘I know, I interrupted your whole mating ritual, boohoo.’ We walk up the stairs. ‘But try to keep your mind off of Nicole. You’ll still have to be able to sit in class with her, without jumping her.’ ‘I can do that,’ I growl. ‘I know you can.’ He opens the door to our room. We have been roommates since first year. They usually don’t take preference into account, but they like me here, so once they noticed we were friends, they made sure we could share a room. Seeing how there weren’t enough three-bed dorms this year, we even got bumped up to a two-bed room. I take the folded piece of paper out of my trousers. I had put my schedule in there for the time being. I quickly glance over it. ‘Give me that.’ Coden picks it out of my hands and gets his own out. I start grabbing my books. ‘We only have three classes together today!’ ‘From the seven,’ I tell him. I put my notebook in and put the writing ware in a side pocket. ‘Exactly!’ Coden says. ‘And tomorrow only two. Two classes!’ ‘Of the?’ I ask. He likes to exhadurate. ‘Of the four for you, six for me. Then Wednesday we have all but one together, Thursday we have four of the nine- well, nine for you, eight for me, and Friday only one- Mate, you only have two classes on Friday, I have five. Man, this isn’t fair.’ I glance over at him. He looks baffled. ‘It’s only for four months,’ I tell him. ‘Besides, it’s our last year, of course they want us to start specializing. You do realize we have to start filling in some of the gaps with electives, right?’ I grab my schedule out of his hands. ‘Come on, time for school.’   [Alexia’s P.O.V.] After leaving Nicole’s room, with the strangest feeling in my stomach, I make my way to the canteen. It is buzzing with people, it makes my skin itch and my heart pump. I feel like I can’t breathe. Panic is taking over. I am not sure what it is, but when I am around people I don’t know, especially when I feel like I am surrounded. I start looking for Keith. I can’t seem to focus on the faces. Secretly I am hoping for him to come up to me and help me out. When nothing happens, I force myself to start walking. I need a familiar face and Lydia is one. On my way to her, I grab a tray, to look as if I am actually going there for some food. ‘Hi Alexia,’ Lydia says jolly. ‘Hi,’ I whisper underneath my breath. She frowns. ‘Is everything okay?’ Then she smiles. ‘You got some first-day jibbers, don’t you?’ No. ‘Yes,’ I lie. I don’t believe it is about this being the first day, it’s about the people. Why did I not feel this way yesterday, at the party? ‘Don’t worry about it, love.’ She started calling me “love” not long after meeting. It makes her almost seem motherly. Like the mother that I never had, that is. ‘You will be alright. You’ve already made some nice friends, haven’t you?’ I nod. ‘If you feel a bit sick to the stomach, just think about them.’ ‘Okay,’ I whisper. Her advice helps a little, it at least helps me to distract myself from the idea that I might rip someone apart at any given moment out of pure fear. Somebody comes and stands next to me. When I give him a second look, I recognise him. He smiles at me. ‘Hey, you are Nicole’s friend, right?’ He takes out his plate. ‘Could I convince you into giving me another one of your lovely blood pancakes?’ He puts up a charming smile to Lydia. ‘Sorry dear, we don’t have too many anymore and we still expect a few other. Try again in ten minutes.’ She looks at me. ‘Would you like some sides, love?’ She points at some trays. There are all sorts of things in there, some of which I recognise, some of which I don’t. ‘Pancake and waffle days are always very festive.’ She gave me some of both. I open and close my mouth. ‘Maybe some of those?’ I point to some colourful round things. ‘Try the strawberries,’ Jakey whispers. I thought vampires never ate anything but blood? ‘Those? The- Eh- The strawberries?’ I ask. ‘Would you like whipped cream?’ I glance over at Jakey. ‘Yeah, she would like some whipped cream.’ He nods, smiling at me. So I nod at Lydia. Lydia starts adding the things onto my breakfast. ‘Here you go, love.’ She hands me over the plate. ‘Enjoy.’ ‘Thank you,’ I whisper. I have no idea what all this stuff is, but like Coden said: You don’t know until you try. I look at Jakey. ‘So,’ he says, ‘Nicole’s friend?’ I nod. ‘I’m Jake. Jakey.’ ‘I know,’ I tell him. He looks pleasantly surprised. ‘I’m Lexi.’ ‘Lexi, I know that name from somewhere.’ He thinks for a moment, then shrugs. ‘Anyhow, a you see the guy over there?’ He gestures to a handsome guy with dark brown hair, a pale skin and dark eyes. He looks away the moment I look at him. ‘Great guy, very kind, you are gonna wanna stay away from him.’ I look at Jakey in confusion. ‘He is a vampire, I am a vampire, we hear things, you know?’ No, I don’t know. ‘What I mean to say is, he has his eyes on you and he isn’t the type of vampire a first year like you would want to get familiar with.’ ‘Okay,’ I whisper, a little confused. ‘Alexia.’ Harlen comes and stands next to me, slipping his arm around my waist. His scent overwhelms me, making me calm down a little. He looks at Jakey with a little hostility. ‘What do you want Jakey?’ Jakey seems completely at loss. ‘Eh- N-nothing?’ He looks from Harlen to me and back. ‘Are you two a couple?’ he asks. I feel my cheeks burn. ‘N-no,’ I mutter. I suddenly feel very aware of Harlen’s arm around me. Would I mind being confused as a couple with Harlen? I suppose not, at least not unless I fall in love with anybody. I see Harlen and Jakey stare at each other, then Jakey just nods. ‘Okay, I get it. No worries about me, you know that, right? I’m not the enemy here.’ He throws his hands up a moment. ‘Are you both going to join us?’ he then asks. He looks at me, and so does Harlen. I wish they wouldn’t. I already feel too self-conscious. ‘Eh?’ I look at Harlen, a little panicked. Normally Keith is here to tell me what I should and shouldn’t do. ‘Yes,’ Harlen says, making sure I don’t have to answer myself. ‘We will join you in a little, I am just going to grab some breakfast first.’ ‘See you in a bit.’ Jakey walks away and sits at a table with a few others. Harlen pulls me along, keeping me close. ‘Don’t leave my side, okay? Keith isn’t here and I don’t want you wandering around.’ I look at Harlen. He gives Lydia a little smile. The two of them seem to know each other. ‘Hi again,’ I softly say to Lydia. I had barely moved away from her. ‘Everything okay, love?’ Lydia asks, making Harlen’s breakfast. ‘Yes, it’s all okay,’ I ensure her. ‘Harlen and I are friends.’ I just feel him stare at me, so I look back. His eyes are dark again. I open and close my mouth a few times. ‘Harlen,’ I start. He cooks his head a little. ‘What does it mean when the eyes of a wolf go dark?’ ‘Eh- Eh- Hmmm-‘ He seems to be searching for a way to answer me. ‘I- I do not think-‘ His eyes wonder off over my face. ‘Breakfast,’ Lydia interrupts. ‘You both should eat it while it’s still warm.’ Harlen takes the moment to change subject. ‘Thank you Lydia. Come on Alexia, let us sit down.’ He pulls me along to the table Jakey is sitting at. Jakey and his friends look up. They all seem to have expected us.   ‘Lexi, this is Graham, his little brother Ilion and that is Yara,’ Jakey says. ‘Ilion is in your year, maybe the two of you have some classes together?’ Ilion gives me a slight smile, which I return. Harlen and I sit down next to each other. I have noticed the tension in my body has gone away and so has the urge to rip people apart. I’m fairly sure it is Harlen. I know him and he has calmed me down before. He pulls me a little closer, so that our upper bodies touch. I almost feel like he is claiming me for everyone to see. Is he? I look at my waffles and pancakes, while wondering about what’s going on in his head. ‘So, Lexi…’ Jakey smacks his lips. ‘What’s your deal?’ ‘My- My deal?’ I ask. ‘Yeah, your deal.’ ‘He is asking which group you belong to,’ Yara clarifies. ‘Jakey has a tendency to put his nose where it doesn’t belong.’ ‘And Yara things it’s alright to gossip, but we don’t fall over that now, do we?’ Jakey says. He then smiles a clearly fake smile to Yara, who does the same. ‘Don’t worry about that,’ Jakey says. ‘We’re friends, but sometimes we can drink each other’s blood. Pun intended.’ I can’t help but giggle. He really is something different. ‘Your girlfriend has humour Har, we like her,’ Jakey says, smiling even wider. He truly doesn’t seem to care about exposing his teeth. I wonder if he has never learned to do so. ‘Admiring his teeth?’ Graham says, chuckling a little. ‘Everybody does when they just get to know him.’ He puts his arm around Jakey’s shoulder and pecks him on the cheek. ‘My dearly beloved has the tendency to not care about etiquettes.’ ‘Hmmm, I just feel a lot more confident when I do not have to hide who I am. You should know that feeling as no other, dearly beloved.’ They give each other another kiss, on the lips this time. I can’t help but feel a little confused. I have never seen two men kiss before. ‘Alexia,’ Harlen whispers in my ear, once again giving me goosebumps. ‘You should eat.’ I had not even realised that I hadn’t even touched my food yet. I nod a little and then start eating my pancakes. ‘Hmm,’ Jakey interrupts his kiss. ‘Lex, babe, be honest with me. Have you truly never had strawberries before?’ ‘What?’ Yara says. ‘Don’t be ridiculous Jake.’ ‘What? She didn’t really seem to know what all the toppings were, so I advised her to take some strawberries. So, babe, have you?’ I shake my head. ‘Never?!’ Yara seems almost upset. ‘Fascinating,’ Graham says. ‘We will dear witness to your first ever strawberry.’ They all stare at me. I feel the pressure built up again. ‘Guys, leave her alone,’ Harlen growls. ‘Let her enjoy her breakfast in peace, otherwise how could she possibly enjoy her strawberries anyways?’ There is a little mumbling, but they decide to leave me alone. I turn to Harlen. I take a moment when realizing again how close we’re actually sitting together. ‘Thank you,’ I then whisper in his ear. ‘My pleasure. Now please do enjoy your breakfast.’ I cut a piece of pancake and pike it together with a strawberry onto my fork. I take the bite and close my eyes as I chew. ‘Hmmm,’ I moan. ‘It’s a success!’ I startle as Jakey jumps up, cheering and clapping. Graham and Yara start cheering along and I feel like hiding myself underneath the table. Harlen just growls a little. Then suddenly, people start joining in, not even knowing what they are cheering for. ‘That is enough. Come on Alexia.’ He gets up, pulling me along in one smooth movement. ‘Oh, come on, Har,’ Jakey says. ‘Get your breakfast.’ I take my plate and let him pull me along. He takes me straight out of the canteen and brings me to the waiting lounge, near the welcoming desk. ‘Here, this is better.’ We sit down on the little couch and start eating. Every bite I take, I can feel this intense happiness bubble up. I did not know something as simple as pancakes and waffles could be this nice. I take a bite with the other topping, the colourful, round sprinkles. It is crispy and breaks open as I bite down on them, releasing a new sensation in my mouth. I can’t hold back a moan. ‘Ohhh,’ I say, leaving my eyes closed for a little while, even after I’ve swallowed.. ‘Harlen, you should taste this.’ I open my eyes and cut off a piece of pancake with him. I put the whipped cream on it and then scoop up some of the sprinkles. When I turn to me, he is staring at me. ‘Here, open up.’ He opens his mouth and I put the pancake in. He closes his mouth and I take out the fork, so he can enjoy the pancake. ‘It’s good, right?’ I tell him. I feel so excited over this little new enjoyment I have found. ‘Hmmm,’ he nods, not taking his eyes off of me for one second. ‘So you enjoy chocolate.’ ‘What?’ ‘Chocolate, that is what this is called. The coloured sprinkles. They are technically called Frikkles, but they are made of chocolate.’ I take another bite, while looking at him. He isn’t looking at my eyes, but he seems to be looking at me nonetheless. I feel a little whipped cream on my lip, so I rub it off with my thumb. Perhaps that was what he was looking at. ‘I need to remember that,’ he whispers. ‘What, that I like chocolate?’ I chuckle and take another bite. I decide to enjoy every bite. I look at Harlen. ‘You’re not eating?’ My remark seems to startle him. He starts eating his breakfast immediately. I smile. ‘What do you have on yours?’ ‘Would you like to taste? I don’t mind?’ I nod. He gets a piece off and looks at me. I open my mouth, letting him feed me a little of his pancake. It tastes a little sour, while still sweet. It makes my jaw tighten and my lips curl. ‘That- That is Delenian cherry.’ ‘Hmmm, it is nice. A little strange, but nice.’ I open my eyes and smile. He is already cutting off a piece off his waffle. ‘Open up,’ he whispers. I do as he tells me. He puts in the waffle and waits for my response. ‘This tastes like…’ I lick my lips. ‘I taste cinnamon?’ He nods slowly. ‘And… cookies? I’m not sure. I do recognise the whipped cream of course.’ I lick my lips again, trying to get a little more of the taste. ‘It is spiced biscuits,’ he whispers. I have never heard of that before. ‘Did you like it?’ I nod. ‘Good.’ He softly touches my chin with his thumb. Then he bites his lower lip and removes his hand from my face. He looks at his plate. ‘We should hurry. I doubt you have retrieved your schedule and you will still need to get your books from upstairs, I assume?’ His voice sounds off. He must have noticed too, because he clears his throat. ‘I will help you, with getting everything you need and bringing you to class, of course. We would not want you getting lost.’ ‘Thank you.’ I have to admit that I am relieved he is so willing to help me. I have to admit that I had expected Keith to do exactly this, but  for some reason he is occupied. Having Harlen take me under his wing calming me down. I don’t think anyone would ever managed to calm me down, anyone but Keith, that is.
