Four Months Later
Nathaniel’s POV
I walked into our room and smiled. Haley was standing in front of the mirror and she was trying on another shirt. I could tell by the look on her face that she wasn’t really happy.
I bit the inside of my cheek to stop myself from smiling.
“Is everything okay, Bug?” I asked as I approached her.
She glanced at me over her shoulder and shook her head.
“I have nothing to wear,” she complained.
I finally reached her and I stood behind her. I wrapped my arms around her waist and rested my hands on her lower belly.
I was holding my entire world in my hands and it made my heart skip a beat.
“We are going to tell them tonight anyway,” I said. “And it’s not like your belly is that big anyway.”
