I took a few steps away from my father, I was scared.
His face twisted into a sickening smile, “What’s the matter dear daughter, did you finally realize it yet?”
I shook my head, not saying anything.
My father slowly walked to me, my body screaming to run but I couldn’t move.
“You were supposed to be married to the prince. But your little servant girl ruined that plan, the only way I see fixing this problem is to be rid of her and you being sent to do your job with that prince, being bonded is not going to stop this.” He continued talking as he walked towards me.
My father finally was standing in front of me, his glowing red eyes sending chills down my spine and shot fear in my heart.
“Why would you need me to marry the prince, why cant we make an alliance another way?
