--3 Days Later—Hospital—
--Addi POV—
I stared at my mom’s sleeping form, she had been stuck in her bear form for 3 days now and still hasn’t woken up. The majority of her injuries weren’t life threatening anymore and the doctors couldn’t figure out why she wouldn’t wake up or why she never reverted back to her human form.
Normally we couldn’t hold our spirit form for more then 7 hours, some could do a little more but 7 hours was a typical bear timespan. The longest time span on record was 18hours and that was a smaller spirit, a snake, they stayed in their form for so long because they were trapped in a collapsed cabin, snakes don’t need to eat as often as humans so it put off their hunger.
But this wasn’t normal, something had to be wrong. She wasn’t waking up and she wasn’t shifting
