10. The surprise visit...

Amanda's POV

After today's day at work I had to meet Drizie and Chris, whom she must have already picked from day care. I used the spare key to unlock the door to Drizella's house. I could see nobody when I entered the living room, ''Drizie? Chris? where are you?? Hello?? Is anybody home?? ''

I suddenly got worried 'cause Drizie never does that, she always tells me whenever she's not home, as I picked up my phone to call her up, I heard the sound of footsteps reaching towards me from the kitchen. I turned around expecting it would be Drizie who must be in the mood of trying out her silly childish tricks. But it wasn't her, nor was it Chris..

'Mr. Evans?? What are you doing here??" I was shocked to find him here. "That wasn't welcoming at all, Ms. Wills" he said smirking at her. "No, I mean, You are most welcome Mr. Evans, but what you doing here and that too at this hour of day.." I couldn't think of any possible reason that might have brought him here at Drizie's house.

"First of all, My name is Luke, so you call me Luke." he said dominatingly. "B-But!"

"I'm not here to listen to any if's and but's, out of work you are not my assistant and I am not your Boss" he said cutting me in between and took a step foward in attempt to come close to me.

"Then why are you here Mr.- sorry Luke??" taking a step back.

"I can't make stories so i'll directly come to the point, you have completely got me sweetie, I am unable to stay away from you even for a second. I have been giving you hints each and every second but you don't even care to bother, you can't do this to me baby, M not gonna let you, you can't run away from me..." and grabbed my wrist, holding me tight and close to him.

"Don't 'baby' me and I am not interested in you, or anybody for that matter" i got real angry at his action, trying to free my hand from his firm hold.

Seeing me struggling, he let go his hold and started to say, "I know my cupcake, I know, you haven't had any relationships since Alexander, He dumped you buttercup but i won't, it's time to get over him , i'll give you all he couldn't. So, just come to me my dearie.. "

And that was it, I had no more patience to tolerate his s**t. How could e say that about MY ALEX. Though I realized he was my boss but I slammed my hand across his face and set him out of the house at once. He had no option but to leave.

I couldn't believe he did that.. moreover i couldn't believe that Drizie did this to me, how could she let him in, and why did she leave me alone with him??

She was seriously gonna have it today, i wasn't gonna spare her...
