Alice's Anger

A cave far from residential areas looks scary from the outside. A woman sneaks into the cave. She wears all black clothes. Her age is still easily visible on her tiny face. Her body is thin and light, so she can easily jump and fly to and fro.

The girl's name was Catherine. The girl who used to live alone because she had no parents. The girl becomes the victim of a vampire bite and is saved by the woman who is now her lord.

"What happened?" asked Alice, sitting cross-legged with her eyes closed. Alice's sharp ears heard Catherine's irregular heartbeat and showed a sense of uneasiness.

Catherine squeezed her own hand. She is restless. A lot is happening outside. Especially the thing that bothered him the most was that she accidentally harmed Lee. Catherine had no intention of harming anyone. She only has a duty to thwart the construction of the bridge.

"I failed to knock down the bridge," said Catherine fearfully.

Alice opened her eyes slowly. She did not understand, what made Catherine fail to do so. Though Catherine's strength can be relied on.

"What happened? Just tell me," Alice said.

"When I was about to knock down the bridge, it turned out that the residents also helped. I accidentally... I hurt Lee," said Catherine.

"Lee?" Alice frowned.

"Lee, an old man who lives by the river. He's a good person and has helped me a lot." Catherine felt even more guilty.

Alice was angry at Catherine's doubts.

"I told you. Never trust anyone's kindness. The better someone is the more suspicious. Humans are always good when they have an interest. We will be taken advantage of," Alice said in a booming voice.

"Forgive me," said Catherine, trembling.

"What else besides that?"

"The bridge is finished. I saw a man along with Ron come to the house on the edge of the woods. The man is a vampire. He is very powerful and has many men. Some vampires stand guard in the house and some are scattered in the forest."

Catherine's words took Alice by surprise for a moment, but she smiled later. It seemed that the enemy she had wanted to kill all along had come to take her life. Alice laughed.

"Finally, he came here himself," said Alice.

"What should I do? You swear to punish yourself in this cave."

"Let those who come here deliver their lives. Anyone who opposes me I will kill," said Alice.

Catherine fell silent. She knew that some of the residents had been killed by Alice. Alice's anger and resentment was the same as hers. If he hadn't met Alice, probably almost everyone in the village would have died. Catherine will never forget how everyone treated her.

"You said Lee saw you. Why didn't you kill the man?" Alice asked.

Katherine was surprised. She should have killed Lee.

"The old man was taken to a hospital in the next town. Actually I tried to kill him, but there was a handsome young man who helped him. The young man was not only handsome, but his aura also made me feel strange and afraid to fight. The residents called the young man his name. Daniel. He's Lee's grandson," Catherine said.

Hearing Daniel's name, Alice's heart ached. Her feelings were crushed and every time he swallowed it tasted so bitter. Such feelings made the evil in Alice's heart increase again. She flew up and grabbed Catherine by the neck.

"Don't ever mention Daniel's name in front of me," he said.

Catherine coughed after Alice let go of her grip. She was surprised to see Alice's eyes turned black. Within minutes Alice disappeared and reappeared around the residents' homes. Alice goes on a rampage and injures several residents. She even sucked up two residents who happened to be trying to fight him.

Alex who received a report from her subordinates who happened to see the incident immediately came. he hides and monitors the situation.

"Shall we just shut up?" asked one of his men.

"We don't have to interfere. Keep an eye on the woman and follow where she returns. We will attack her hiding place," said Alex to his men.

Alice, who had difficulty controlling her anger and heartache, flew back into the forest and screamed there. Alex's subordinates who were trailing recklessly were caught by him. Alice immediately attacked several vampires who tried to follow her. The war between vampires takes place in the forest.

Alice knows that the vampires are Alex's men. She immediately killed all the vampires without a trace. After being satisfied and feeling her feelings had improved, Alice went back into the cave. Catherine who was waiting for her arrival immediately greeted Alice.

"Forgive me if I'm guilty," said Catherine bending her knees with her head down."

"Never say Daniel's name in front of me. You understand!" cried Alice.

Catherine nodded. She assumed Alice's husband must have the same name. So the mere mention of his name could make Alice lose control.

"I have an idea. In order for this wound in my heart to be healed. And this feeling of guilt does not continue to torment me, then any man in this world named Daniel must die," said Alice.

"Goodness, Your Majesty. That seems like a bad idea," said Catherine.

Alice directly hit Catherine who was against her will.

"I've never really killed anyone. This time I'm going to kill seriously," said Alice, who had killed several people who intentionally attacked her. Even if that person died, Alice had no regrets. She did it for self-defense.

"If they want to live they should change their name," Alice said with a laugh. Catherine who heard that went straight to one of the rooms in the cave which became her room. Sh sat thinking about everything that had happened for a long time.

She couldn't let Alice kill an ordinary human. Because the one who deceived Alice was not a human. They are all vampires. What if good humans were killed like Lee's grandfather Jo and her older brother Daniel. She should also be able to contact Daniel to have his name changed.

Catherine quietly slipped out of the cave. It flies and changes places in a fast time. She wished Lee had arrived. But Catherine's hopes did not seem to come true. Lee and his two grandchildren have not returned. The house is empty.

Catherine must seek information from the Lee family in the village. They would know how Lee was doing and when he would be back. Catherine quickly disguised herself as a villager. She mingles with people in the market to gather information.

"Finally the bridge was completed. But the demons attacked the residents again. Pity the injured. Meanwhile Lee has not returned," said one villager.

"I heard Lee is getting better, but don't know when he'll be back. Ask Ron," said another.
