Daniel sat motionless. He just stared blankly out the window. Daniel's habit of thinking too deeply about something. But he had behaved like that since arriving from prison. This made Alex very worried.

"Prince, please don't be like this," Alex said as he knelt beside Daniel, so he could see his face.

"Prince," said Alex again.

Suddenly the door opened. Virgo walks in with a panicked face.

"It's bad, the advisory council envoy is here," Virgo said.

The advisory board is the elders of the vampires. They consisted of thirteen vampires who were thousands of years old. These thirteen elders are in charge of overseeing the development and movement of vampires. They also have the authority to choose and fire the vampire emperor from the thirteen vampire clans.

"You said the advisory council envoy?" Alex asked again.

"Right," Virgo replied. "Zayn and the others were talking to him in the living room.

"I'm here," said a well-dressed man. His name is Sergio, one of the Advisory Council elders. Sergio is an elder who comes from the red dragon clan. He is the great-grandson of Prince Daniel.

"Sincerely," Alex and Virgo said at the same time. The two of them knelt down with their heads lowered almost touching the floor. No one dared to look up unless permitted.

In his heart Alex was very worried to see Daniel still didn't move an inch from his place. Alex is afraid that Sergio will punish Daniel for ignoring his arrival. Moreover, Alex has never met Sergio, he doesn't know how Sergio's character is.

"We meet again, Daniel," said Sergio.

"They?" Daniel didn't understand.
