Adeline's POV
It was until the next morning, I regained back my senses. I groaned, trying to sit up but quickly hid when I saw Aiden walk into the room.
Yesterday was hell of a night and I felt so ashamed to look Aiden in the eyes or try to speak to him.
It was more worse because I asked him to make love to me and right now, it feels so awkward.
"Can you just stop being childish and take the teacup from me?" He grumbled, trying to reach for me but I cringed away.
I would be stupid if I unwrapped myself from this blanket.
"Adeline…." He called slowly, his voice barely above a whisper. He was sounding rather too cold and I knew something was off.
