Chapter 10 An Omega's Life Would Always Be Miserable

Adeline's POV
Shit! It's the principal!
Eva shifted back to human form and her chest heaved fast, anger boiling within her.
"To my office right away!" He ordered and Eva flashed me a look of disdain before walking out with her friends.
"f**k you!" Olivia raised her middle finger, rolling her eyes at me. I ignored her and trailed behind them as we all made our way to the principal's office.
"According to the rules and regulations, it's forbidden to shift while at school." The principal began, fixing his eyeglasses properly to rest on the bridge of his nose.
"Who initiated the fight?" He asked, folding his arms.
"This b***h crossed her lane!" Eva pointed accusing fingers at me.
Principal Simeon shook his head, tilting his eyeglasses down a bit "No cuss words at school, Eva."
"f**k, she…" Eva paused when she received another disapproving look from the principal.
She can never stopped using cuss languages. It's a part of her.
"Principal, she came late to school and as the punctuality prefect, I had to correct her." Billie lied.
"The last time I checked, you weren't the punctuality prefect but Jones is. You're not in the right position to punish any student." Principal Simeon scolded her.
"No, Jones was the punctuality prefect but not anymore. He handed over to post to me…"
"After you bullied him as well?" Principal Simeon demanded, narrowing his gaze at her.
I'm not the only one who was a subject to their bully but other weak students were. I just wanted this s**t to stop, maybe the principal could help bring things back to order.
"Adeline is your sister and I don't get why you'd fond joy in bullying her? You're the Pack's Beta but you have to calm down, this is a school not an hunting ground."
Oh yeah, go on sir.
"Hey principal, an omega is to be dealt with." Eva objected.
"Cause they're weak and can't fight back?"
"She f*****g fought me back!" Eva yelled.
"No cuss words, no cuss words, Eva." The principal corrected for the umpteenth time, raising his finger.
"Adeline." He called, looking at me and I walked forward, stopping some steps away from his desk.
"I'm sorry about their deviant attitude." He said and I nodded. Turning to look at them, he declared, "You guys are suspended, for a week!"
Uh? Suspended?
"What?" Eva frowned , I guess she couldn't believe this is happening right now.
What does she think? That he'd let her defiant attitude slide? The former principal would do that but this new one is an uncompromising one.
The rest of the day was refreshing and now everyone looks at me differently; I've heard them whisper amongst themselves saying I've grown wings and my bones are now stronger.
Mm mm, they should continue with the gossip while I continue with my short nap –there was a free period.
Their gazes were becoming too much and their mumurs, ear piercing. Was it a crime to prove strong? To fight back?
I sighed in relief when I heard the sound of the school bell ring. It's closing hours already.
I picked up my school bag, and as I was about to leave the classroom, Eva and her gang showed up again.
Can they just stop this?
The whole school was getting silent and few students were around. The teachers were having a meeting and this was the perfect time for them to bully me again.
There's no Principal Simeon to call them to order.
Eva snapped her fingers and immediately two huge guys appeared. With caution I moved backwards trying to run away.
I knew what they wanted to; it's time to deal with me, again.
"You think you can run away?" Billie scoffed, slapping me across the face. I tried to wriggle out of the guys's grip but the didn't let go.
I was ushered to the abandoned library and..thud! I was being dropped on the floor like a log of wood.
The library was dimly lit and only a ray of light illuminated the room. Billie tied me down to a chair, smirking as she grabbed my jaw.
"It's you... again! We caught you...once more " She said, throwing her hands up in the air. "There's noone to save you now!"
Olivia covered my mouth with a piece of cloth to stop me from speaking and I shook on the chair, struggling to free myself.
Eva stretched her arm and Olivia placed a dagger on her palm. She grinned evily, walking closer to me.
She trained the dagger down my skin and it pierced me, blood prickling out.
I whimpered, tears flowing down my cheeks.
"Yeah, I've been suspended; my friends and I but we're gonna teach you a lesson. Olivia has a blade, Billie; a pin and I…" She paused and stooped down to my level, piercing my skin with the dagger again. "....a dagger!"
"I won't be f*****g merciful!" Billie shook her head, grabbing my jaw. She poked the pin into my skin, deepening it as it pierced me.
I winced, trembling.
I'm in deep trouble. If I had known it would turn out this way, I wouldn't have defended myself.
I should've obeyed... Adeline, you've crossed the line..
Olivia laughed out loud, walking towards me. She raised the blade in her hand, flashing me a smirk.
"Where should I tear? Your arm, face or your f*cking skull!"
I shook my head. Why would I agree to that? Hell no! The pain I'm being caused is enough, I don't want to be inflicted by another?
I should have held the urge to fight back, this isn't going well at all.
The life of an Omega would always be miserable in his or her life time and this is just me going back to being weak.
I had to surrender, I can't do nothing now.
Lord, I'm back to my weak self so help me God!
Then for the hundredth time in this week, I fainted again.
Weak, numb and looking pitiful.
