CHAPTER THREEOnce Odette and Kreon finally made it to her house, she had him make himself at home. He sat on the bed and turned on the television. Once he found something worthy of watching, he sat the remote control down beside him in bed. While he was watching tv, she grabbed her items she’d need for her shower, as well as something comfortable to wear for the night.
“I’ll be right back.” Odette leaned forth smiling and kissed him on the lips. She pulled back to find him smiling at her. She smiled back as she caressed the side of his face affectionately.
“Where you goin’?” He frowned.
“To take a shower,” she answered. She turned to walk away but he grabbed her wrist, prompting her to turn back around. A wondering expression came across her face.
