Frank The sun shone brightly overhead as the warriors moved in perfect harmony. Sweat gleamed on their backs. Muscles tensed with each controlled movement. The air smelled of dirt and metal, while the steady sounds of fists connecting with flesh and feet sliding across the ground echoed around the training grounds.
