Arielle's POV
"Hmm.." A lazy dreamy moan tugged on my lips as I gently rolled to my side.
For some reason, I was enjoying my sleep. I couldn't remember the last time I genuinely enjoyed a sleep. Must be because the cat is finally out of the bag. I had my first shift. The details aren't exactly clear, but I did. And it felt.. surreal. I felt.. different. Lightheaded but different.
"How long has she been sleeping?" I heard an unclear voice and my brows furrowed before I dropped it.
I shouldn't care yet. I needed to enjoy my sleep for as long as I can before it gets taken from me. Who knows when next I'll ever have a peaceful sleep like this?
