**Thalia’s P.O.V**
I lay in Adrian’s arms at night.
I felt the energy shift in the air around us. Someone must have crossed the boundary. I wake up with a jolt. Patrol would’ve linked to inform us if anyone came.
“Adrian” I shake my mate awake. “Mmmmmmh” he grunts.
I roll my eyes. “Wake up!” I whisper-yell. He jolts awake, “What’s wrong baby?” he asks. “I think there’s an intruder,” I say. At this point, even Atalie is on alert. He rubs his eyes sleepily, “Baby, there’s no one there. Patrol would’ve linked me,” he says as he goes to lay back down.
“Alright fine. You stay here, I’ll go check,” I said, and he immediately got out of bed with me. “I’m awake,” he rubbed the sleep from his eyes.
