"Brothers!" I called out to them,and we all hugged and where so happy.
"Bro without wasting time,I think you know why we're here and of course yes we're happy to see you but we have a bigger problem in our hands which we all think you're the only one who can fix it," Chisanga said with a straight face.
"If its about Salimu then please I don't wanna talk about it,if there is nothing else then please leave,other wise I don't want to hear anything about him," I said angrily.
"Benjam...," Musonda said before I interrupted him and said," Benjamin nothing! "
I continued and asked,"Benjamin what? If you have nothing better to say leave my house."
Evans then said,"You've changed bruh,where is the old Benjamin we know?" He continued saying, "I don't really know what's going on here,I understand nothing, what did Salimu do that you two are on strife?"
"Evans do you not hear me,I'm I speaking Chinese here?" I asked and continued, "I thought I made my self clear,that I don't want to talk about him,"
The guys all kept quiet and looked at me with disappointment and Evans burst in tears.
Musonda then said,"I thought we were all brothers for life,have you forgotten the oath we made to each other,Benjamin Barley Jones Fipokolo have you forgotten every thing Salimu has done for you,when no one was there to help you,he was; when we never understood you and never comprehended what you were going through, he did;he supported you in everything, he gave up most of his time just to make you happy,he helped you find a job and helped buy the house you live in now so that you'd be happy,Benjamin have you forgotten so soon?"
I kept quiet with no word in my mouth sobbing and Musonda then continued saying,"Benjamin tell us what happened between the two of you, we're all certain and very sure that only you can bring back Salimu from where ever he is,don't allow this perfect bond to break Benjy please. "
"Musonda shut up and you know what,all of you leave my house right now,you have to choose between me and that thing you call a person and friend Salimu but right now leave!" I shouted and dared to call the police and they left but I couldn't hold my self that I went to lock my self in the closet and cry so my wife couldn't see me.
The following day while having lunch with my wife,my brother walked in with his new girlfriend and introduced her to us.
"Nice to meet you Mauzwe,please make your self at home an...," before I could finish saying my wife interrupted and exclaimed,"What!"
"Baby what's wrong?" I asked her and she replied back saying," Baby may I have a word with you in private, in uhmm... our room?" And I said, "okay..."
So in our room my wife asked if I was going to welcome Mauzwe into the house just like that and granting her the freedom to visit anytime she liked but all that I never understood and never really saw why she she got upset and before getting to know the girl first.
"Baby what's up,do you know her maybe from somewhere?"
My wife then said,"No,no I don't, but this is my house and I don't want people coming in as if its there's, I don't wanna share."
"Ohhh I see now and don't worry baby I'll talk to my brother about this and maybe its time he found a house of his on," I told her hugging her tightly in my arms.
We came back from the bedroom and found my brother locking lips with Mauzwe in the living room. "Oouuhhrara ,damn man you guys are beasts but please do it somewhere else," I told them laughing but my wife was mad upset.
"Anyways I'm going out for a road run guys I don't know if I'll find you?" I asked.
Dickson replied and said,"No brother,I have to take my princess back home and then I'll visit the office after."
"Alright then,we'll meet later," I said and I kissed my wife on the forehead and told her I'll be back home late and I shook Mauzwe's hand and left.
My wife was filled with rage and hatred for Dickson at that point,she was very jealous and upset that he brought in his girlfriend in her own house.
"Does this fool take me for a joke how could he,I hate him so much and just how could he bring in that w***e in my house. Looking at her I could tell she's a s**t,Ahh Dickson why,what does she have which I don't, I'm way better than that s**t,Infact Dicky you just made a big mistake,you'll never see peace in this house I swear," my wife thought to her self.
She then texted him saying,"You think you're smart right Mr Dickson, bringing in that w***e you call your girlfriend. What do you wanna prove in my own house and worse of all Kissing her in front of me I'm a better kisser than her,she can't kiss at all,you disgust me Dickson. I swear you'll pay for this,you will. OK just what do you see in her that I luck?"
After a short while when she had sent the text he replied saying, " I can leave her for you, just say the word and I will dump her."
"Dump that whole now,leave her,I don't ever want to see her ugly face,I'm way better than her," she sent another text.
"Anything for you,anything and I want you tonight and in the kitchen at midnight my chubby bun," my brother texted.
"Sure thing my handsome hunk,its been long since we met,just hours without you touching me is hell. My husband will be tired and sleep like a fool tonight so no problem midnight is fine," she texted back.
That evening indeed I came back very tired and exhausted from my road run,I just took a bath and went straight to bed.
It was now midnight and my wife got up from the bed and went to the kitchen where she found my brother waiting for her in his boxer and they turned the kitchen into a bedroom.
I suddenly woke up feeling very hungry,and as I turned to ask my wife what she had prepared for supper she wasn't there,I called out to her thinking she's in the restroom but there was no response and when I checked, I found her not. I asked myself where she could be and I then remembered she liked to go out to take a glass of water at midnight and concluded that she was in the kitchen.
When I got to the kitchen I found the door locked and I started knocking and calling out for her and then I heard a pot fall as now my brother and wife got scared.
