The last day spent with the kids was great which makes leaving tomorrow hard. I don't want to leave them again considering I just got back but Owen reassured me we'd be back to normal in no time. But before we leave, I need to do something. With the help of one of Owen's men, I managed to get Miguel's phone number. We made plans for lunch so I told Owen I needed to get a few things from the store. He didn't question it so I took the car and now I'm sitting in a little cafe waiting for Miguel. I'm nervous because I haven't talked to him since before I was kidnapped.
When I see him enter the cafe, I take a deep breath and force a smile as I stand up. He smiles in return, giving me a hug and kissing my cheek before sitting down. "Madison, it's been a long time. How have you been?"
