Ashton's POV I leaned back against my car, arms crossed, waiting for Rosie to finish up with work. Since I had volunteered to be her Chaffeur, I had to stick to it. It was 5:46pm. Rosie did close by 6 pm. But I had gotten here 15 minutes earlier because she hated staying extra minutes at work. The evening sun cast a golden glow over the parking lot, and I watched as workers trickled out, chatting amongst themselves, laughing and stretching after what I imagined was a long day. But Rosie hadn't come out yet. I had nothing to do but to sit and wait in my chevrolet, I'll text Rosie once the time hits 6 pm.
