The water started to run out of the cells on the top floors and spilled down onto the first floor. “Fire in the hole,” yelled another inmate as he threw toilet paper engulfed in flames onto the first floor. The inmates started to throw as much stuff out of their cells as possible. The first floor was covered with toilet paper, mattresses, magazines, and anything the inmates could throw.
