28 “All rise. The Honorable Kyle Smith presiding,” said the Bailiff. “We are here for the sentencing of Mr. Clark Jones, who has been found guilty by a jury for firearm and drug possession as well as violation of the conditions of parole. The charges brought against you carry a sentence between ten to twenty years, according to the sentencing guidelines,” said Judge Kyle Smith.
