Emilia's POV
The weight of eyes on me was impossible to ignore. Even as I sat in the quiet of my room, my heart racing, I could feel it the prickle of someone watching. There is someone lurking, hiding just out of sight. It was the kind of emotion that made your skin crawl and your breath stop in your throat. I didn’t know who it was, but I couldn’t avoid the notion that I wasn’t alone.
