~Bella’s POV~
I watch and Blake and Lucas read the note and the test results.
“So does this mean what I think it means” Lucas says with a huge smiles forming on his face.
“Yes it does. Your going to be daddies!” I say with a smile.
Blake walks over and pick me up. He is crying and holding me like I’m going to disappear into the wall. Lucas comes up and starts kissing me all over my face. I can’t help the giggle that escapes my mouth.
“Are you guys happy?” I say to them. Blake hasn’t said anything just hugged me while crying. Is he sad?
“I am so happy baby. You gave me the greatest a gift ever” Blake says before kissing me. He puts me down and gets on his knees so his head is level with my stomach. Lucas does the same thing. They both kiss my stomach and start talking to the baby.
“Have you been to the Dr yet baby’s” Blake asks me while laying his head on my stomach, I think he’s trying to use his werewolf hearing to see if he can hear the heartbeat.
“Not yet. I took the test this afternoons” I say to them.
“I will mind links Dr. Edwards to make an appointment tomorrow.” Lucas says
That night Lucas and Blake won’t let me go. I think they are so happy. It fills my heart with love knowing that these two will be amazing fathers. I fall asleep with a smile on my face.
~Lucas POV~
I had beautiful dreams of a baby boy. Watching Bella become a mother makes my heart fill with joy and pride. She will be an amazing mom. It’s only 7am and I will need to wake Bella up soon because we have a Doctors appointment at 8am. I look over to see Blake away and staring at Bella’s face.
“We need to wake her up so she can shower and eat before her appointment.” Blake says to me.
I lean close to Bella’s face and kiss her forehead.
“ Bella you need to wake up baby. We need to put some food in you before your appointment.” I say to her.
She slowly opens her eyes and looks up at me then Blake. God she is beautiful. Yes she is man. We are so lucky.
I watch as Bella sits up. She stretches her arms above her head. She already has a small baby bump. Wolf pregnancies are only 5 months long. Suddenly she bolts to the bathroom and I hear her start to dry heave into the toilet.
“I’ll go get her some breakfast” Blake says and he gets clothes on and runs to the kitchen.
L-baby are you alright?
I open the door slowly and slowly rub her back.
B-yeah I think I’m ok.
She flushed the toilet and washer her hands. I grab her towels for her shower while she brushes her teeth. My poor baby. I come up behind her and just hold her for a bit.
L-Blake went to grab you come breakfast, shower and then you can eat, we have an appointment with Dr. Edwards in 45 mins.
I walk out of the bathroom and get dressed. I am so excited to hear the babies heartbeats.
~Bella’s POV~
After we eat some breakfast we all get into the car and drive to the pack hospital. I am so nervous. I hope everything is ok with the baby.
We walk in and Lucas checks me while I have a seat with Blake. Blake is holding my hand stroking his thumb over my hand.
“Bella Johnson” the nurse calls.
I exhale and walk back with the boys towing behind me. They nurse leads us into a room. She draws some blood, gets weight and blood pressure then leaves the room.
Shortly after the dr walk in.
“Welcome Luna. I am Dr. Lee. Your blood test show that you are pregnant. About 4 weeks. Let’s take a look at those babies shall we”
I lay back on the table and feel his squirt the cold gel on my stomach. Blake is holding onto my hand and Lucas is holding onto my arm. Soon I look over when I hear the most beautiful sound in the world. I thump thump thump of a baby heartbeat. A tear slips down my eye.
“Well we’ll well. I see two strong heartbeats” Dr. Lee says. He points to the screen. He marks baby A and baby’s B on the screen. I can’t stop staring at the babies on the screen. Dr. Lee prints off a few pictures and hands it to me. Blake has a huge grin on his face and Lucas as a tear running down his face. I wipe my stomach off and sit up.
“Are you guys ok?” I ask looking at them,
L-“ Of course we are!” Lucas says hugging me.
B-“I’m just so happy baby. I can’t believe we are having twins. I guess it runs in the family” he says with a chuckle.
