The sun hung low in the sky, casting a warm golden glow over the tranquil park as William and Adeline bid farewell to Betty and Tommy. As they watched the couple stroll off hand in hand, a sense of contentment washed over William, a quiet satisfaction in knowing that they had played a small part in bringing them closer together.
