I used to think it was just an expression, but now that I’m experiencing it, I have realized how true it is.
The semester break has kept me busier than I expected. I work at the coffee shop, and when I’m not on shift, Dylan and I often explore different places together.
Harrison had already returned to America, while Dylan decided to stay a bit longer. Mama Heidy went to Singapore for a two-week conference, where she was one of the guest speakers.
I recently learned more about their family business— it turns out that their business in Seattle is a pharmaceutical company. I just thought that it was a normal business, but I didn't know it was a large business!
