Chapter 3

Carters POV (aka Alpha Blacks)

3 years ago my dad died automatically making me Alpha king. My mom his mate is the acting Luna till I find my mate and when I do we will rule side by side. I was supposed to find my mate when I was 16 but that was 2 years ago and I still haven't found her yet. I woke up to my alarm blaring in my ears since I'm a werewolf its 10 times louder then what a human would hear. I get up grab some random clothes and head to the bathroom. I get out of my blue pj's and jump in the shower. I shower for a good 10 minutes. I put a dark blue towel around my body. I brush out my black hair. Then change into the clothes I grabbed. I then headed down stairs to be greeted by my mom, little sister and brother on one side of the table and on the other there was my beta Jake, his little sister page, and his parents Dane and Beth. I sat at the head of the table. As soon as I sat down my mom just blurted out " a assassin is joining the pack" everyone looked at her like she was crazy until Beth said "what are you talking about" "there is no time to explain she will be here any minute" with that the door bell ranged. Everyone stopped what they were doing they panicked everyone was saying no you get. We stopped when we heard the door knob twist and foot steps. Then she walked in here soaking wet from rain I guess. "so your Brooklyn" my mom asked "in the flesh and you must be Jane the acting Luna" I smelt the most sss smell of fresh rain and roses. Then my wolf said something we both we're waiting for mate! "MATE" I said loud enough for everyone to hear. Then she said words that hurt " bite me and I swear to god I will reject you." " Jane I am truly sorry about your husband but I wont pity you like everyone else is doing. I'm not going to lie it hurts it hurts a lot to lose people you love. People who you thought were going to be in your life forever. People who promised to be there for you till the day you died. But they lied. And Jane I know for a matter of fact that you've been bottling up your emotions and you might think that that's ok but is not. You need to let it out all of it". We all looked at her like she was crazy till mom got up and walked to her and started to cry not for a little but for a while. Then she stopped and looked up to her cause she was smaller than Brooklyn and asked" you lost someone to" "A whole group of people " Brooklyn whispered "So ya I know what it fells like" "can someone show me my room " she asked " wait I need to take this" she said  "hello?" "Tomas stop with the rambling" " what do you mean he's dead I only left like 2 hours a go" "wait their all dead " "this is some sick joke right? Tomas, TOMAS you their" She put her phone away and said " I got to go" " no you cant" mom said "we made a deal" "listen lady I don't care what deal you made with Henry because he's dead their all dead" "but the person on the phone he's not dead right, right" mom asked "he's dead I never told them this because I was afraid they would get hurt because of me. But we were like a messed up family. Henry was like a father to us.Tomas was the big brother and a great trainer. Now Viva was like a little sister to me. And there all dead the only family I had left. So ya I'm leaving." we all had tears in are eyes by the time she finished. But that did not stop what was coming Dane stood up and said "that's no way to talk to are Luna!" he brought up his hand to slap her but instead has hand never hit her and he was on the ground it all happened so fast. This is what happened her hand caught his when he tried to slap her. Then she kicked him in the spot were the sun does not shine. When he was on the ground she grabbed his hands with one of hers while the other was on his neck she said "never ever try to do that again, understood?" when he did nothing 

she tighten her grip and said " understand?" he eventually nodded. She released her grip and stood up. "does anyone else have any thing to say to me" no one moved a muscle or said anything. "good because I best be going" with that she picked up her things and walked out the door.
