Chapter NineI am now the COO of our Institutional Corporation, Miles-Brown, Inc. I have completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology. I completed my Masters’ Degree Thesis: s*x, Love, and Everything Else and turned it into a book, which was still on many of the Bestseller List. I was close to completing my Dissertation and receiving my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I remember so well the day it all began.
I awoke after ten o’clock AM. Peter had left for work; I saw a dozen white roses beside me on the bed and a note telling me how much he loved me. I get up, and I am wobbly. I have to pee and then take a shower. The shower phone rings, and there is only one person who has this number; “Good Morning My Love. How is your day going?” I murmur.
