“We’ll have it on the plane.” He spoke. Great, I thought, airplane cardboard with one cup of coffee! I did a little snort, and Peter smacked me on my butt hard. “Keep your opinions about things you can’t control to yourself,” he commanded. My shoulders slumped, and I said, “Yes, Sir.” We loaded the SUV, pulled out of the garage, and headed for the airport. Five minutes later, we pulled up to valet parking. I heard Peter say, “Flight 6210 to Maui, load the bags in the back and park the car in my reserved place.” “Yes sir, Dr. Miles, enjoy your trip,” the valet responded. OK, I am inexperienced. I didn’t realize the airlines had that service. I have flown twice in my life, and that was on a Cattle Car Air Line. I rushed on, so I got a good seat, and they gave me no help with the luggage.
