“How did you know about this?” Thea asked her voice coming out hard and defensive.
Lucian smiled at her and leaned back with a satisfied grin on his face.
He caught her. And he knew it…
“Let’s just say that I have my own network.” He said, “As soon as I heard your lectures, I knew that you were the head behind ‘Boundless’. The best outreach program in the country.” He announced, his praise sounding like nails grating against glass to her ears.
He could distinguish this merely from her voice.
