As soon as she saw that Xav was there, Anya decided not to turn off the television. She stared at the TV for a few moments, causing Val to wonder.
"Anya, what are you watching?"
"'Huh? I, I...."
" I'm just curious..." Anya immediately pretended not to see the television anymore even though she was sneaking a glance.
"Oh, I'll just turn it off then, shall I?"
"DON'T!" Anya shouted out reflexively. To Val's confusion, what exactly was wrong with his first and only staff member.
"I mean I still want to watch it," she tried to reason, even though it was clearly not the show she wanted to see but her husband who was there.
Anya took another look at the television which was shining a close up on the two faces of the woman and the man who were said to be lovers.
Anya glanced and narrowed
