My eyes sparkled as mother's words ended
My parents were going to Skypiea,an ancient town that they're going to buy,it's been abandoned but no one's brave enough to buy it.
"So you're going awa-"
Mom cut me off with a warning stare making me grin and she sighed
"Mikaki,Mikaki" she chanted as she out her hand on my head as she ruffled my hair making me smile then she wacked my head making me whine
"Mom~"
"I know your motives young girl" she smirked at me making me raise my eyebrow in confusion
"Yeah I'm planning to go at the park-" She cut my confession as she smirked it amusement
"With your boyfriend aren't you?" She said as my eyes widened in shock
I looked at Kawaki who have the same expression
"If you think you can hide something from me, you're mistaken little missy" she said shaking her finger as I nervously chuckled as I tried to deny but she cut me off with a smile, surprising me
"Well,I am disagreeing with you dating someone but" she trailed off as she smiles "I'm glad you choose Iwabe" she said as I almost deadpanned as Kawaki snickered
"Iwabe is kind, intelligent, and also handsome,so you're a lucky one little missy" She said as I almost fainted
My mom, Otsutsuki Arika-Midori-Ki, agrees that I'm dating Yuino Iwabe?!
"Arika,are you really agreeing or disagreeing with your daughther dating?" Dad said walking inside the living room adjusting his collar as Mom rolled her eyes
"Half-Half" Mom shrugged as we all deadpanned
"Yo Kids" Dad said ruffling Kawaki and I'd hair until we caught a whiff on his cologne
"This is..." I trailed off
"...a woman's perfume" Kawaki finished as we stared at each other as Dad freeze
We both started to laugh out loud as Dad's cheeks burned with embarrassment as we felt Mom's dangerous aura making us snicker
"So... that's where my perfume went" Mom said glaring daggers at Dad who nervously laugh
"Ahahahaha! Honey-"
"Don't honey me!" She hit him in the head as he apologized profusely
"Hey..." Kawaki trailed off as he saw a box on the floor
I picked it up as I opened it only my jaw drop on the floor.
So that's why he's late.
I smirked as Kawaki and I analyzed the gorgeous diamond ring
On the back,names of our parents engraved in italics as our Last Name in Bold Letters
We practically swooned as in the background Mom is still hitting Dad as they laughed
Now that if I think about it...our eyes widened as we realized what day it is, it's their marriage anniversary!
"Man,stop hitting me woman!" Dad said as Mom just smirked
"Heh! But anyway..." She trailed off as she looked at us but I quickly pocketed the ring and it's box on my jacket
"Yes mom?" I asked as she smiled
"Tomorrow is your field trip right?" She asked with a strange smile
"Uhh yes?" I answered as she grinned
"Iwabe is coming yes?" She asked again this time I pursed my lips
"How do you know that?" I asked pouting my lips as she just smiled
"Have fun but don't get carried away okay?" She smiled as my face reddened
Not from embarrassment.
It's because of super duper mega embarrassment.
"Mom-" I stopped myself as she grinned
"Also,you didn't get the good job to hide that box" she said as I freeze also the other guys
Dad dramatically sighed as anime tears escapes his eyes "there goes my surprise"
Mom just rolled her eyes with a laugh "that's your fault dropping it from the first place"
Dad signalled me to give him the box. I chuckled as I throw the box to him as he catch it without problem
"If you're going to-" mom got cut off when Dad went to his knees as he opened the box as Mom's breath hitched
"Happy Anniversary,Honey" He said as Mom purse her lips as her widened eyes watered
Kawaki and I watching on the sidelines,either we want to coo or gag
"Mom is such a melodramatic" Kawaki commented as I nod in agreement
As Mom and Dad have their cringe romantic moment Kawaki glanced at his sister.
He smirked 'Iwabe dating my sister,huh? Heh who would've known'
He thought as Mikaki is looking all calm on the outside
But in the inside...
She having war with herself 'AHH!! TOMORROW WILL BE THE TRIP!!! THAT DARNED SPECTACLE!!!'

Meanwhile Iwabe packed his bag as he sighed slumping on his bed as he smiled
'Tomorrow is the field trip eh? We'll see how this day goes...m'lady'
He was making fake scenario on his head when he suddenly sneezed
