Drexter had gotten into the car, while Melanie stood, gritting her teeth in frustration. This guy had absolutely no manners. She had imagined a dozen different versions of how the evening would go. Not a single one included Drexter Grayson. This was supposed to be her date with Noah, not some awkward outing with a third wheel who seemed to take great pleasure in getting on her nerves.
