Tom didn’t remember the last time he had spent Daylight outside the city walls. It was somewhat strange to see the green of the forest. There were trees, shrubs, and herbs decorating the path, dirt was colorful in light brown leveled with stones and occasional rocks. A few minutes ago, he saw a bright yellow snake, thick as his arms. Tom had heard some animals extinct as early as ten years after the Origin, some had taken hundreds of years. Regardless, Sky Kingdoms had lesser flora and fauna than the days before the Origin. Strange how those trees still turn green, some had flowers on them and some went as far as to bear fruits without the cultivation of white-lights.
