What comes into your mind when you hear the word “terminally ill?” You think it’s a joke, right? Or maybe you say- naah, that’s just a term doctors like to use when they don’t have a cure for a particular disease, or maybe just like me, furrows appear on your brows and you wonder why people like throwing around big words they can’t really account for. But let me tell you this; I had come across a documentary on television one day when doctors had been interviewed in different hospitals, and they’d kept throwing that word “terminally ill” around. I had scoffed, because I felt those doctors weren’t capable and needed to do some more research and stop slacking, but as I looked at Maggi’s doctor’s report in my hand which boldly read terminally ill, and that she had just three months to live,
