For three days and counting, I had consistently prayed with ‘the eleven,’ for that was what I had initially dubbed them, but when father James asked if I could join them, it changed to ‘And there were twelve.’ Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t exempting father James, but he had made it clear to me that the eleven men were actually Reverend fathers God had told him to hand pick and hone, so him inviting me to join them would make it twelve.
