School started in earnest, and I began to have lectures back to back in the auditorium. The class was always packed full to capacity and everyone seemed quite serious as they listened to the lecturers and jotted down in their notebooks. I wasn’t an exception. We took all our lectures in the crescent shaped auditorium, with ascending benches and tables on different steps, which afforded students the opportunity to seat at any corner and see the teacher perfectly. The lectures stood behind a podium, and lectured from, and each of them had a microphone tucked into the corner of a short or blouse so their voices could be heard by every student.
