The snow was getting worse. While the cardboard was keeping out the wind, it wasn’t keeping out the cold. The draught went through and into the kitchen. So, Spyros made the gamble of suggesting they went upstairs. It was often warmer on the first floor, especially in his bedroom. He had a TV set up there, along with his PS4 and various games. And the bed was large enough for two to sleep comfortably without bumping into each other. That was if Michael didn’t want to sleep in the spare room.
