Chapter 48: Peace Before the Eye of the Storm
The peace started when the great boundary created. Or at least the peace within the Attic was somehow restored. Although the great boundary was a precaution against the Spatial Void to avoid the appearance of the Parallel Balance in the mortal world, the demons were still not in complete control of their own powers thus it gave the semblance of the Spatial Void not being affected at all. With most of the hunters out of the region to get their demon cores appraised feeling that the demons were now weakened and cannot wreck havoc in town. Of course they were not wrong.
