Amber woke up grasping for air ,her heart beating so fast and her breath like someone who is being chased .Chris immediately pulled her in for a hug to calm her down " is okay.......is aright..I'm right here." Chris said stroking her hair gently, after some seconds she seems to have calmed down he gently put her down using a pillow to support her back .Looking at Chris he looks like a ghost although his wounds are all healed up but he doesn't look good,one could tell he is emotionally down ,Amber felt sorry for him she signalled him to come closer she slightly kissed His lips which made Chris to blush a little ,he was battling within himself whether or not for him to talk about what happened I mean she was in coma for three days the least he can do is to let her rest but you can't say the same for Amber she was dying to tell him something like someone that got a new knowledge and would like to share . Chris was worried about something else for the fact that her hair colour has change to red something else changed about her .Amber's scent has changed completely not because she is a red hair witch but something else entirely ,she now has a wolf scent mixed with another he can't comprehend he has a lot of questions in his head but the can wait he just have to listen to Amber's story. Amber now understands the concept of her power and what she is ,during her days in the coma ,she met her mum she told her a lot of things , firstly she apologizes for spell bounding her ,when she gave birth to Amber she had a red hair which signifies a red hair witch like her grandma ,Amber's grandmother have always wanted Amber's mum to be a red hair witch like her because the are said to be the strongest of all witches but she ended up a nature witch ,so her grandma was a bit disappointed in her so when the trait came back to her daughter Amber she was happy to prove to her mum she was not useless after all but she changed her mind because that was when vampires and the witches were at war and the most targeted are the red hair ones because of how powerful the are the kill them at sight not minding their age then ,she had to spellbound her concealing her magic which changed her hair black leaving her to be an ordinary human with human scent to protect her ,she doesn't mind being a failure in her mother's eyes as long as her daughter is safe ,not until the day she died Amber forcefully broke the bound out of rage that was why she wasn't able to control it she ended burning down the whole village and everything in it ,the only way she can be able to control her power is ,if she could summon it with clear heart and not rage ,before Amber woke up her mum said one last thing she said " protect your unborn daughter her blood can be used to create evil ,and be careful don't trust anyone not even our kind your blood can unlock evil things too " Chris was dumbfounded as he found out the reason she smelt different was because she is carrying his pup half wolf ,half witch a HYBRID.
