The Trial Part 2

Chapter twelve

Entering the training field everywhere was crowded werewolves everywhere,the alphas are patiently waiting for the alpha to arrive for the even to commence.Chris came in alone everybody stood up in respect until he signalled them to sit. Amber got separated from Chris when she went towards the wing she has to make her entrance from .As the king entered the trial commenced,Amber came in looking elegant in her fighting amour,just like always amazingly beautiful but looks is different now with her now red colored hair tied in a ponytail giving her a more dangerous look .The opponent is not known to anybody but the alphas ,for the reason of Amber being the King's mate ,it was kept hidden from him too ,everybody was so eager to know who the opponent is since he / she has to be the best .finally the opponent came out standing tall with the physique one could tell that she's female ,she wore a helmet covering her face only her eyes could be seen , Amber became scared because of the intimidating aura she's giving. They were told to choose a weapon from both ends , " this is trial of no rule ,fight with whatever you got kill if possible"

One of the alphas said followed by cheering and clapping from the crowed .Amber picked a normal sword while her opponent picked a spear with a sword at the edge ,they were both given a shield which the opponent refused to take . the fight began ,the opponent went in for the first attack Amber defended nicely but the impact pushed her backwards a little ,she took her stance waiting for the next attack.The opponent attacked again this one stronger than the other ,"Arrrrrrrrrah!!!! " Amber cried on top of her voice as the sword edged spear slashed through her back she could feel the warm liquid soaking her back she fell on her knees using her sword for support.Chris grinding his teeth trying so hard to hold himself from intervening in the fight .Amber fighting through the pain on her back ,another attack came targeting her head, she used both her arm to stop the spear but the sword part of it still piced her shoulder "awwwwhhhh!" She groans in pains using all her might she pushed the spear away making her opponent to stagger backwards .she came charging again in lightening speed positioning her spear to stab her Amber enduring all the pain immediately rolled her body in a circular motion causing the spear to miss her but scratched her belly amour ,coming in close range Amber took the chance to hit her opponent on the head with her elbow causing her helmet to fall off revealing her face everybody gasped at who the opponent turned out to be,Amber trying to recall the face it was the jealous blonde woman that almost killed her .Chris stood up knowing something was fishy he was so furious because they chose Sabrina on purpose so as to use her hated for Amber to their advantage but there's nothing he could do ,to stop the fight one of them has to quit or die fighting .Sabrina was so furious that Amber get to hit her ,she shifted some part of her body to her werewolf form like her hands which has change to claws and her feet to boost her speed charging at Amber who was barely holding on, blood dripping down her body, Sabrina knocked the sword away before Amber could place her eye on her she felt another pain on her thigh as Sabrina clawed her right thigh "mmmmhhh......ahhhh..mm!"groaning in between her teeth trying to suppress the pain she fell to floor struggling to get up ,hot tears could be seen rolling down Chris's cheek watching his mate crying out in pain . " just die b***h" Sabrina said scornful as she rolled her eyes at the weak Amber ,Sabrina picked up her spear ready for another attack ,coming at her with full speed jumping up so high to land the final blow , the shield being Amber's only defense she used it to protect her head waiting to embrace the impact but suddenly the shield coated itself with fire before Sabrina could see the fire it was already too late to stop the attack ,she landed the spear on the shield ,the shield reacted like a trampoline creating an invisible force that pushed her up in the sky with the same pressure and strength she came at her with ,she went so high and hit the floor so hard she coughed out blood surprised Amber stood there smiling not because of Sabrina but for the fact she was able to summon her power without rage ,looking at Chris a little smile could be seen at the corner of his lips . Sabrina not willing to surrender she stood up groaning in pains using her weapon as support ,she elongated her claws again charging at her clawing repeatedly on the fire shield until she flung it away ,the weak Amber fell to the floor with no sign of getting up her whole body is numb she has lost so much blood and her vision is getting blurry .Sabrina now on top of Amber ready to claw her heart out ,out of instincts Amber place her hand in an X shape ,just like the shield it coated itself with fire Sabrina claws went through the fire she clawed Amber's arm sending the shock of pain down her spine ,in an instant a ball of fire shot out her hand hitting Sabrina sending her flying,she hit the floor the force of the fire ball continued to push her until she hit her back at the weapon stand making all the weapon to fall on her cutting here and there some stabbing her "Aaaaaaaaagh!!.....rrrrr!!!" She cried on top of her voice as she was in her own pool of blood ,Amber seeing her in such pain couldn't get up she was extremely weak but she couldn't bear the sight ,she struggled dragging herself on the floor heading towards Sabrina who was now unconscious she stretched her hand just to touch her but her body couldn't take it anymore she was struggling to keep her eyes open but it kept on blurring until she totally blacked out.
