Kurt turned on the water in the shower. Hadn’t this been kind of where it all started? That day less than a week ago, when Mike had been so dizzy he could barely stand up and Kurt had helped him clean up. And touched him. s**t, had it really only been six days? He had sworn to himself for two years now that that kind of relationship with Mike was not possible. They worked together, had each other’s backs when bullets were flying. Great, just f*****g great, I’m the one about to have the freak out. He must have lost his damn mind to do what they just did.
A hand gripped his upper arm. Kurt turned his head to look at Mike.
“If I didn’t trust you, I would have said no.” Mike gave Kurt a solemn look. “I have no clue what I’m doing but maybe we should fake it and see what happens.”
