New Feelings

"You do know where you're going right?" Harry asks as he grabs onto my back for support.

"Of course I do!" I say annoyed. What is it with guys and trust issues?!

"How's it going, love birds?"

I look over to see Draco smirking as he flew past us on his own broom. "Shut up. Shut up now." I yell as I casually mumble a hex that should slow him down a bit. At first I feel slightly bad, but then I grin. He totally had it coming. Git.

As we near Hogwarts, Harry attempts to make conversation.

"So... about you and Malfoy..." He starts but I cut him off quickly. DANGER! DANGER! Enemy territory approaching! Stay back we are armed!

"Nothing's going on. Nothing at all. I don't like him, if that's what you're thinking."

He nods and the awkward silence returns. I begin to slow down and sink lower, closer to the ground.

When we land, I quickly jump off my broom, leaving Harry to carry it for me. Don't judge, I'm a Slytherin for a reason.

"Follow me." I say sharply and we head towards the door, which is locked of course.

"Alohamora," I mumble and the door instantly unlocks. Grasping the handle, I open the door and we both walk in. I gaze at the beautiful hallway and grin. I missed this place.

"Hey Lexi?" Harry asks and I come back to my senses. Ooo, did he just use Draco's nickname for me? Draco is gonna be mad!

"Don't call her that." Draco says stiffly striding up behind me. Oh did I call that or did I call that?

"Are you going to make me?" Harry asks grinning. See I love a bad boy, but a sassy Gryffindor is like, way better. I love Harry.

"What?" Harry asks blushing a deep red. Oops did I say that out loud?!

"Nothing. I didn't say anything. Nothing at all."

I figured Draco would be hysterically laughing, but what he looked like was completely different. Almost... Jealous.

But he's my cousin!!!! Ew.
