Detective Dickson 3 : Identify Crisis

Larias' might

The entire area was full of dead bodies, some had goat like heads, some were without bodies, there were broken bones everywhere, and smeared green liquid everywhere and bodies of giant spiders with black stings, Ron and Reg were excited, they had reverted back to human form, their bodies were soaking with blood.

"That was quite something, it's been a while since I have had this fun" Alucard smiles, his body and clothing were still clean as if he wasn't involved in the bloodbath, well he was an individual who emphasized on cleanliness so he had tried his best not to be stained, his daughter too also had a clean body, she was a long range attacker usually, she only switched to short range when it suited her.

"Dad, you were amazing" Anna says to Alucard amidst smiles.

"You too, princess, you showed that you have as much strength as your old man" Alucard tells her as he rubs her head.

Alma, Kari, Mari and Shylock were walking towards them, they each had overjoyed faces.

"So all that's left is to find the rest of our comrades" Mari says aloud.

"Well, can't we summon d**k, he would be very helpful in helping us retrieve our fellow comrades" Anna says in a delighted tone, red was coming on her cheeks, Alucard noticed this tone, his face was even more fearful than when he heard Larias was alive.

Alma saw this look on Alucard's face.

"I don't think there's any need to summon d**k, he doesn't really do well with anyone here."

Well, of course, d**k didn't do well with anyone there, the first time he met Mari and Kari, he had beaten them to a pulp, Alucard, he insulted him, Alma, insulted her and the royal family.

"Well, he also saved our lives when he beat Azexela, was really flashy that time" Kari says with a smile

"Not a fan of him but the kid's got balls."

Kari was over eight hundred years old, while Dickson was just 33 years old neglecting the time d**k has spent in the abyss(layers of the abyss had much different time zones but each of the time zones there were all slower than time on earth).

"Okay, maybe I will see him some other time" Anna mutters weakly with a disappointed look.

"We can use a scrying ball to locate Katharina, the same that was used on me" Shylock says aloud scratching his head.

Being the only elite of a clan wasn't easy, it was rough talk less of now being the only elite vampire of an entire kingdom, he had to regularly go to the different military academies of the kingdom to check on the students, sometimes, even offer a motivational speech. He also had to repel any civilians that wanted to cause trouble as some idiots believe they shouldn't be trapped inside a Molkion box but should rule on the real universe like the humans did, it was his job to investigate and correct that stupidity, he also had to obey all the orders given to him by the royal family most of which included quests in the most dangerous places known in the multiverse. Anna always asked him to do the dumbest things, she also frequently begged him to take her on the quests.

Shylock regretted blurting out what he said immediately as he did, the look on Alucard's face showed he hadn't forgotten that he was in his daughter's chambers and he called him a dimwit, he was still in a lot of trouble.

"Shylock, are you presently assisting any member of the royal family with a quest?" Alucard asks with an annoyed expression.

Shylock bows low, this day was definitely not going well for him

"Why didn't I just snub the princess today"

"Yes sir, I am presently still on a quest as assigned to me by Mr Arod and Mrs Aredhel." Arod and Aredhel were Alma's siblings.

"Good, I just recalled the laces of one of my shoes had fallen inside one of the volcanoes in the dragon's keep, I need you to look for it and bring it back" Alucard says with maniacal smile, Shylock opens his mouth in horror, that place was crawling with dragons who were extremely carnivorous and preyed on each other talk less of smaller prey. Also there were billions of volcanoes present in the dragon's keep and more kept appearing everyday.

Shylock's smooth face was sweating profusely, his teeth was also chattering.

"Why are you shaking, I am not even done with the quests yet" Alucard says flaring his voice.

Alma touched Alucard lightly, she had a solemn look in her eyes, the anger on his face had died out.

"So we need to find out where Katharina is, if we do, it will undoubtedly lead us to the rest" Alma begins, she turns towards Ron

"You are one of her closest elites, you shall be involved in the spell."

"Count me in too, I mean Ron and I are a team" Reg smiles at her.

"Good" Alma smiles, looking over at Mari and Kari

"Let's begin"

Mari, Kari, Alma, Ron and Reg joined hands, they were chanting a spell which took about thirty minutes, yet nothing happened, this was shocking cause Alma's spell took a little over a minute.

"What's wrong, Dad, why is their spell taking too long" Alma asks in Alucard's direction.

"I have no idea" Alucard replies in a terrified look, the group stop chanting as they collapse to the ground and, they had ran out of soul energy, yet they couldn't connect with Katharina or anyone else.

"What's the problem?" Shylock' asks.

"Something is wrong, we can't connect to Katharina's energy, we even tried to connect with the others but it was the same result" Mari says breathing heavily.

"What do you suppose is causing that?" Alucard asks.

"Could be many reasons, either their soulforce have been compromised or something worse" Ron says as he gets to his feet.

"What do you mean compromised and what could be worse?" Anna asks.

"Larias and Azexela are alive, the worst two bunch, thanks to the limiters set by Larias on the three mistresses, they now require souls to survive, there's no telling what could have happened to their souls now, we just need to hope" Kari replies.

"What if nothing has yet happened to their souls, what if they are just in a realm no form of energy can reach, a domain only accessible to the gods and mistresses, somewhere not built for mortals" Reg says as he gets to his feet.

"Wow, it's a possibility but the only place that we know of where the gods and mistresses exist is the Rezkem realm, I doubt we can get there" Kari replies, a troubled look coming on her face.

"Why?" Shylock asks.

"As mortals, we can't just open a portal to the place, we need to go by a black hole and there is no telling what could happen, we could be ripped apart" Mari answers back.

"I don't understand" Anna says.

"When the event horizon start, it gets to a point it links with the supreme realm, and we have only a limited window for a few seconds, failure to destroy it at the time the window comes spells certain doom as our souls will instantly be torn apart no matter our immunity or resistance to the effects of a black hole" Alma says, she had a fearful look on her face

"It's simply too dangerous and we ain't sure yet."

Everyone was locked in a discussion about this, they were perturbed and highly disturbed. Alucard stared at the ground, he remembered the first time he met d**k when Shekindra struck, using his wit and luck, d**k found a way to win, even he wasn't sure of the location, he just based it on logic and his accessment Shekindra's personality. He also remembered countless times when d**k and Tommy would just take a blind leap of faith. Not that their plans always worked out in the end but they were always willing to try and sacrifice anything if it had a chance of saving the people they hold dear, even Daniel who was once serving a mistress turned her down despite the risks, humanity had shown superior bravery and faith from time to time, weren't they disappointing their human friends with the way they were acting, even Tommy when he had no abilities offered to help to eradicate the abominations caused by Shekindra in the city

"We have looked down on humanity too much, we are the real p*****s" Alucard thunders his voice aloud so everyone stops as they now stare at him.

"I remembered the first time we met d**k, he was an annoying and haughty mortal but there was one thing he taught me, he and his other human friend, Tommy, every chance capable of saving a life is worth the risk" Alucard begins.

"But it's far too dangerous, we don't even know if they are truly there, it's merely a speculation at best" Alma says with tears in her eyes.

"No, we think it's a speculation, if we go there and we turn out to be wrong, I would never forgive myself not for the fact that my friends died but there was something I could do and I didn't just because the chance was too thin" Alucard says aloud, his words were stirring up faith in the others.

"That's we take every chance no matter how thin, we do anything we can to save the people we hold most dear and even if we are wrong, what do we have to lose?"

"Well, if the black hole doesn't rip our souls apart or the realm itself doesn't kill us or Azexela and Larias don't figure us out, there really isn't much else to lose" Kari says aloud with an obvious sarcastic tone.

Alucard must have been immune to sarcasm as he didn't notice it in Kari's voice.

"See, there isn't much to lose" Alucard say aloud with a smile, everyone turn at him with a frown on their face even his daughter.

"Okay, even if we do manage to conjure a black hole seeing that it would consume an immense amount of energy, how would we destroy a black hole, we can't do a group effort, it's prohibited by the gods, they want a worthy mortal who is capable of destroying it by himself" Reg says stroking his chin.

"Don't make me laugh, I am Dracula's first son, breaking a flimsy hole isn't difficult at all, what we really need to worry about is alerting me when that window comes" Alucard smirks.

Daniel and Sarah had sweat running down their face, they were surrounded by Shekindra, one of the strongest demons in the abyss, Marcel, he had gained some powerful abilities, though he looked miserable compared to d**k's sheer strength, Azexela, she was superbly cunning and could manipulate reality at will not to talk of Larias, a man who singlehandedly went against the gods and beat them all, he also placed limiters on the mistress, that was the only way he could have Azexela work for him.

"This isn't looking good" Daniel says shakily.

Azexela noticed Daniel's behavior.

"Don't piss yourself yet, I won't do much to you" Azexela says with a sweet smile.

"Ooh really, cause I was scared there for a moment" Daniel says heaving a sigh of relief.

"I am only going to show you all the horrors available in the multiverse, torture your soul continually for millions of years that you will beg of death which you will never be given" Azexela replies, she now had a cruel smirk.

Daniel's face turned pale as he urinates on his body, her mere presence scared the s**t out of him talk less of what she threatened to do to him.

"You are totally outnumbered, you have no hope of winning" Marcel smirks.

Azexela licks her lips with her unreasonable long curly tongue, when she had gotten close to a bobbole soon she drops to the ground unconscious, almost immediately, a bobble bounces and picks her up.

"By now, you should know who the real threat is" d**k says with a smile on his face. He knew Azexela was invulnerable and indestructible, he had found that why he was holding Excalibur, it couldn't destroy her or rewrite her existence, but Excalibur had informed him of her weakness, since Larias had placed a limiter on her, she would fall unconscious should she remember that memory as it was embarrassing and dreadful for her, Leffy simply showed her the memory since she couldn't affect the mistress in any way else.

"Now I take it we even" Marcel says his smile disappearing.

"Actually, you are outnumbered now" Tom shouts aloud as his bobbole bursts and he drops to the ground, Redoulp, Katharina and Lefinna were also free.

Dick smiles as he takes his weapon from his jacket.

"Let's have some fun."

"Don't forget us" a feminine voice reverberates around the room as an arrow towards Shekindra which he catches mid air.

It was Anna, by her side was Alma, Alucard, Mari, Kari, Ron, Reg and Shylock.

"This definitely ain't looking good" d**k says with a worried expression

"Even you are on Shelly small d**k's team"

Dick ends with a laugh, everyone smiles.

"Seriously, you guys shouldn't have come, now this is a problem, they will be too easy" Tommy cracks.

"Yeah, we should just have stayed back" Ron retorts with a smile.

"You mortals have really gotten disrespectful, and you must pay for your impudence" Larias shouts aloud as the Excalibur materialises im his right arm.

In the next moment, everyone was unconscious on the ground except Tommy, d**k, Sarah and Daniel.

"Danny, start summoning a portal, also don't let the bobboles get near our friends" Tommy shouts, his voice wore a grave tone.

"Yo, Larry, what the f**k was that, some of them just woke up from the bobbole you know and the others, they just arrived, there's something called etiquette, ya know" d**k smiles at Larias, he could hear the heartbeat of everyone on the ground so he wasn't really alarmed but his gut told him Larias was on another level and he had to get out of there, it was high time he did what he did best.

"Ixonquious and Dracula, you have no idea how long I have endured in the nothingness for this moment, I will destroy you both" Larias shouts aloud, Shekindra who was by his side drops unconscious to the ground.

Dick was standing right before his fallen body, he had teleported where he was and struck pressure points knocking the demon out

"I am sorry, were you saying something, couldn't hear you over the stench of your bad breath" d**k grins at the enraged god.

"You shall pay for your insolence" Larias snarls as he dashes towards d**k. d**k laughs as he enters Femto-mode, dashing over to Marcel, he hits him on the lower side of his neck.

"That should do it" d**k smiles.

"So this was how you escaped the first time" came Larias' voice behind him, d**k looks behind, he bends and rolls away from his initial position immediately, he was nearly beheaded as Larias swipes at his neck.

"How are you here?" d**k asks visibly shocked.

"The Excalibur contains boundless powers, adapting to any foe's speed or strength is a piece of cake, surpassing them is what makes it more fun even, whatever I ask Excalibur for, it always grants" Larias answers with a cruel smile.

Before d**k could day anything, Larias re-appears behind him, d**k seeing he had disappeared from his sight jumps away, then he spots Larias, the god held his right arm, it was bleeding from an end d**k looks at his right arm, it was then he noticed it was detached, though he could his bones growing but how did Larias move that fast, he was visibly shocked, Larias was an entirely different tier and by the smirk on his face, he hadn't gotten serious, he was merely having fun, just testing him around.

"This mode isn't giving me any advantage, I have to go back to normal mode so Danny can have a time to summon that portal" d**k thinks as he comes off the mode.

Larias laughed manically

"Why did you leave, we were just having fun."

Dick's arm had regrown, who exactly was Larias, he didn't have an insane hax like Azexela but his strength, speed and wits was undeniable, well, before everyone got so easy to beat, he was used to fighting people stronger than him right from when he was age 5, he would always fight and win, for the sake of the people he cared about, he couldn't afford to lose.

Dick grasps his weapon

"Yo man, I see what you got there, you still medieval, well, I should warn you, now we use this and it's effects ain't exactly pretty."

Larias smiles as he dashes towards d**k but immediately, the figure disappears, looking at his right, he sees d**k about to enter a black hole, and all of his comrades were missing from the floor.

"Yo, Larry, lemme give you a piece of advice, go get glasses cause you really need em, for a god, you are one dumb blind ass motherfucker."

Dick ends as he jumps into the black hole, Larias smirks, pointing his sword to the portal, a dark wave escapes and enters the black hole as it closes immediately.

"You might have escaped me this time but I will see how much you more a fight you will put up when you are unfamiliar with the body you are in" Larias ends with a cruel smile.
