A CRISIS AT HAND
Battleground: Right Donets River UC sector of operations 40km from Kursk Bogged down in the vastness of the Russian heartland, much like the army they were reenacting was at the time, the entirety of the UC fought off a massive armored assault on the shores of the Donets. And just as had happened during Operation Zitaddele, the German codename for the attack on Kursk, a climatic tank clash laid eclipsed in the landscape, rebirthing one of the largest tank battles in the history of warfare – Prokhorovka. Facing the incoming Iberian onslaught that fielded nearly five hundred tanks, the UC’s meager force of eighty-plus countered numbers with quality and superior firepower borrowed from Pedro’s hundred-gun artillery battery slowly tipped the odds in their favor.
