Once they reached the Pack house, the girls and their protectors quickly realized it was no ordinary pack house. This pack house is the Royal Pack house of all werewolves. They stopped dead in their tracks, their eyes wide in both shock and excitement. “Mother, is this not the royal pack house we’ve read about in books?” Aphrodite asks. “In fact it is. Now come along and I will finish explaining everything before I have to get back to my realm.” Selene responds, hastily pushing the girls along. “Double time now girls.” She chuckles as she follows William inside and towards his office. Once everyone has made it inside of Williams' office, he quickly shuts the door. “Please feel free to have a seat anywhere you’d like.” William motions to everyone. Thomas and Rachel quickly sat on the black silk couch to the far left of William’s desk. Rachel’s eyes go wide as she rubs her hands along the fabric. “Holy s**t! This is the most comfortable fabric I have ever felt.” She mind links to Thomas. “You and me both!” he responds back chuckling. “That’s not even the most impressive. Have you ever seen a solid gold desk before?” He asks her. “Not a fat chance.” Rachel said, returning her attention to the others in the room. William took a seat behind his massive desk. Selene sat on the edge of his desk, and turned her attention back to the others. “As you have figured out, this is in fact the royal palace. This here is actually King William, Lycan, King of all Werewolves. He is my half brother. He has ruled this pack for nearly two thousand years, as we awaited the arrival of you three, my beautiful girls.” Selene states, as she pauses for a moment. “On the night of your eighteenth birthday, you will become the High Queens of all Werewolves and Lycans. It is also the night that your Lycan will awaken.” She states as she looks around the room, “You three are very rare. Not only are you three Jade wolves, you are also Lycans, possess the powers of the Goddess, your mother, and carry the fire of the Sun God, Helios. “ Selene continues. “However, there is more. Due to you carrying the power within yourself of me, you will be desired and craved after by many. Unmated Alphas from all over will try to take you as their own. You must not let them. There are others who will try to harm you in any way that they can. The best way for them to do that, is to separate you three. Together you are at your strongest. The longer apart you are, the weaker you will become.” Selene pauses again, letting the information sink in that she is explaining to the girls. Thomas and Rachel sat on the black silk couch, their jaws agape, tears flowing down their faces. The girls, with a similar expression on their faces, ask their mother to continue. “The three of you will have three mates. One Lycan. One Fairy. One Phoenix. They are to mate and mark each of you. You are to all work together in harmony. The mates will not want this in the beginning, they will want you to themselves, but it will be your duty to ensure it happens. This is your destiny and will help in Uniting the Lands. Once you are mated, and marked a war will ensue. You must win this war, without question or this globe is forever to be doomed.” Selene finishes as she glances at the girls. Athena, Aphrodite, and Apollo stand up in a triangle and then sit Indian style on the floor, tightly holding hands. The sisters' eyes glaze over and before any one knows it, they go limp. Their heads dangle forward and it appears that they are unconscious. Williams stands up in a state of panic. Thomas and Rachel screech out terrified, the girls have just died. Selene runs over and places her hand on Athena’s head. “It’s okay.” Selene says. “They’ve gone into the dream realm, to their safe place to discuss among themselves and their wolves. I’m sure they will be back soon.” She says with a sigh, as she goes and sits in a solid gold chair with white silk cushions that’s directly next to William’s desk. “I cannot stay much longer.” She says to Thomas, Rachel and William. “I must be getting back to my duties as Moon Goddess.” She says. A single silver tear pours down her face. “I know they can do it. I believe in them.” Selene sits silently. Her eyes glazed over, slowly becoming cloudy, just before her head started to hang just like the triplets.
