Unknown Date. I looked at the ship as it hovered there in the air. Massive would be an understatement. It was titanic. Gargantuan. The biggest f*****g ship, I had ever seen. I heard that god damned buzzing again. The girl was so distracted by the ship she didn’t notice the buzzing. I had to act quickly. I watched as men wearing the bug suits flew out of the sewer. I watched them all look around and looked like they were just visually clearing the space. “s**t!” one of them cursed. “Come on you idiots he could not have gone far.” The leader said. He was wearing blackish armor similar to the ones I had seen the Black Knights wear, but these were fashioned like a bug. I had no idea why they were like this, but I didn’t really have time to think about it. “Let’s split up before Locust finds out,” “Locust?” I whispered to myself. I felt the name meant something, but I couldn’t remember what. The girl was in my arms with my hand around her mouth. She was a cute kid. Probably maybe 9 at the most. She had long black hair that looked unruly and dirty. Probably from the sewer. She had alabaster skin, that was covered in nicks and cuts and bruises. I peeked my head around the wall I hid us behind and didn’t see those guys in the bug armor any more they must have flown off looking for where I could have gone. “Alright coast is clear.” I said letting her go. She scurried off a bit before turning around. “You’re not one of them are you?” the girl asked. “Girl do I look like one of them?” I asked. “Well I don’t know you could be infected.” The girl said. “Infected?” I said. Suddenly I remember the worser version of the Sigmosis Plague. They were promoting that. That’s all I could remember before my eye started to hurt like s**t. “FAAAAA…..DGE.” I had started to swear at the pain of my eye before I remembered there was this girl here so I changed my curse word. My damned eye throbbed. Burned. Seered. It felt like the damn piece of s**t had been burnt to s**t. “You look like a plasma sword cut your face.” the girl said. “Quite observant.” I said c*****g my good eye. “I saw that plasma swords chase away the bugs.” She said. “Oh?” I asked. “Yeah I saw it happening earlier.” She said. The girl went on to recount how he had seen a soldier wearing white armor. No doubt from the infantry from Golordia Beta, they used this alloy combination of Tanium and Phonsphanite, it made it look white. She said that apparently the soldier had started chase away one of the bug people she called them. Not soldiers wearing armor that looked like bugs. She had seen those too. No this was an actual creature. She called it. “It was taller than you,” Being nearly 7 feet tall myself, I was a bit stunned at that idea. She also called it. “Translucent I could see it’s insides.” She commented in a sort of disgusted voice. “Got a name?” “This says my name is Sara,” she said holding up dog tags. I sighed. I recognized the dog tags. I had seen them before. It meant she was a victim of Project Rho. But she was at the most 9 years old. Maybe pushing it she would be 10 but that was really stretching it. There was something about here that made me a bit uneasy. She looked too damn much like someone I knew. In fact she looked too damn much like two people I knew. Her black eyes was definitely something that I had seen before that was for damn sure. “Where’s your parents?” I asked. The girl didn’t know. Sara quickly told me she had woken up about 30 minutes ago she had figured by now. She had awaken being in the middle of this battle zone. It was odd because I would have figured that I would have waken up around that time also. I still had god damn no clue how I got here, or where here was for that matter. I knew I was on one of the Golordian Moons, but which one? Was it Rho? Did I come to Rho to shut down the piece of s**t Project Rho? My eye started to hurt again. So, I let the girl explain her past 30 minutes. She had woken up. Ran for her life when she saw the weird translucent bug creatures. She ran through this city we were in. She saw other ships besides the giant moon thing. That reminded me to look around for it. There were a lot of buildings around so I did not see the giant moon thing as she called it. I heard ships burning speed through the air and bombs going off. I looked around spotting around, trying to see if I could see where the ships where. I saw nothing. The girl continued her story. She said that she had to kill a girl that was turning into one of the bug things. She was quite shaken by doing this. “Turning into how?” I asked. The girl explained that from the waist down the girl had some sort of bulbous sack that seemed to be birthing more of the bug creatures. That f*****g Sigmosis bullshit, no doubt that was mutated to this worst version of the Sigmosis Plague. I cursed she was f*****g 9 years old at the very most. “Do you know how old you are?” I asked. “8,” she answered. “Damn that is not a good age to have to kill someone.” I said. “I couldn’t just leave her like that.” Sara said I only nodded. Hell, of a thing to witness at such a young age. I probably had seen worse by the time I was 9 but my old man was already a general when I was a kid, I would have seen a lot of crap by that time. I heard ships swarm by which made me look up. I saw four ships in a V shape they burned across the sky and disappeared behind one of the giant buildings around us. “Where were you heading?” I asked. “Anywhere but here,” Sara said she suddenly put her hands to her ears. “What’s?” I started to say when I heard a loud explosion up in the air somewhere. This made me look up again. I saw that ship again. Shaped like a sphere, the ship was drifting in the air as if it was another average moon. This ship was closer than the planet it clearly was drifting around in this city. However, it was no less massive than any moon I had ever seen. It was just gigantic and awe inspiring. There was this macabre aura to the ship. It had a burning symbol on the center of it. The ship had these valves or hatches that would open and release a green gas that hissed viciously when it was released. There were these strange looking arrays that could be seen from where I stood, which meant that it must have been gigantic. The array would slowly start glowing green, it started off slowly then sped up and when it was fully green a massive beam of green light would erupt out of it and hit a swarm of ships behind above us, the girl screamed and clutched my leg in fear after a moment she turned around and watch get vaporize by this massive ship. There was a horrible buzzing noise that was coming from the ship that sounded like hundreds of thousands of wings fluttering from inside of it was it what we had heard earlier? It was like a bunch of bugs were probably flying around in the inside of this thing. Sara was stunned by an explosion and suddenly slipped from where she stood next to me and fell off the side of the sewer. She landed on the floor hard but luckily her fall was broken because she fell on a bunch of shrubbery. I slid down to her and got her up, her clothes were badly torn by her falling in the shrubs. It looked like she felt a bit embarrassed from the fall. Sara sudden ducked back into the shrubs, I wondered why for a moment before I ducked behind them too, and from behind them we saw a bunch of the insect armor people come out from a beam of light that had been released right in from of her by that moon-thing in the sky. I saw some of the black ones I had seen earlier. In the light these black ones look terrifying. They were solid black, with blood red eyes, and these blood red markings on its chest. The ones that I had seen earlier appeared and flew up to these other ones, here now. It started to click and squeal as it reached the others. The others looked at it and started to click and squeal back. The weird thing was that I could hear a voice through the strange clicking. “We can’t find the Colonel,” one black armored one said. “Well then that means he must have gotten away you idiot.” Another one said. There was a huge buzzing noise from above that made Sara hold her ears again and made the black ones stop click talking at each other. Sara looked up and so did I and we watched as another green light hit the floor in front of the black ones. The black ones all crossed their arms in front of their chest and bowed their head to a gold one, a gold one that made me freeze in place. “Locust…” I said. I knew this thing. I had read about him. I had to remember how or why I knew it. The gold one was different than all the other ones I had seen. It did not look like it was organic kind of like the black ones weren’t either, or at least gave that appearance. Its solid gold exoskeleton looked metallic almost. Like it was built not natural. Its pitch-black eyes stared at the one that had chased Sara through the sewers and the gold one walked towards it. The gold one had a strange looking scepter in one of its hands. Its solid gold antennae on its head looked almost like horns. “How hard is it to find a stupid little girl?!” the gold one spoke.  The black one who had been chasing us clicked and squealed at the gold one who seemed impatient by what it was saying. I picked up the voice of the black one saying, “That sewer is dark.” It said. “I don’t care how dark it was down there, I sent you elites to do one thing!” the creature bellowed horribly.  I felt Sara shiver at hearing this thing talk. The gold one smacked its scepter on the floor and the black one that had been chasing Sara suddenly got vaporized by the green light. The gold one turned towards one of the black ones that looked stunned. “You…find that girl and the Colonel don’t fail me like he did.” There was a beep that made the gold one suddenly look at his arm. He opened a cover to his gauntlet and a projection came up. In the projection was someone that made my memory suddenly start coming back to me. He was the reason that I was here, he was the reason that my eye hurt like s**t, he was the reason why I was trying to get him investigated. I had been chasing him for months trying to kill him because he was dangerous. It was Janus Joetche. His code name was the Falcon.
