Celeste I was turning back toward the dance floor when a massive presence appeared beside me. I looked up at a burly older man with a full beard and deep-set eyes that looked at me with undisguised disdain. “I’m not exactly sure how you ended up marrying the king. It makes no sense.” His voice was gravelly and dismissive. “He had promised himself to my daughter.
