As soon as my alarm went off at six, I got up, grabbed my work out clothes, and then went to the bathroom to get ready. I put on my comfortable Victoria secret panties and sports bra and then my pink leggings. I threw up my hair in a high ponytail, put on my socks and favorite Nike sneakers before I grab my phone, headphones, and my armband to hold my phone during the run I was about to take. I stop by Mike’s room to check on him, he is still asleep so I leave a note on the fridge that I am going for a run and that I should be back no later than 7.
