From whom?

“Yes, it was Historia Carolina, the legitimate mother of Zoe Amethyst Riego.” the police officer explained. I can't believe that her father had a first, and second wife. We both stood in disbelief. “Sammy, did you write it down?” I whispered. “Yes, so, can we go back to the hospital?” I nodded at her. When we read the articles about the woman who died 20 years ago, we decided to go to the police station and ask a question to the police officer who was in charge of that case. We arrived at the hospital. If I am not mistaken, this notebook was belonged to Historia Carolina, based on the names were written at the back of the notebook. In my conclusion, since I compared the reports, and Mrs. Historia's confession, there is some evidence that can be used to this, But, there is some information that was missing. Like, where do they live? Or who are their relatives, and friends? Except for Zoe Amethyst Riego. I already received the autopsy reports, thanks to my Uncle. “Here is your coffee,” Sammy said. “Thank you for the coffee, and for accompanying me to the police station.” Briefly, to conclude, Historia Carolina Riego was the deceased wife of Mr. Riego, however, her husband's identity is unknown, yet, the records show that she died because of strangled. Everybody knows that case, although they knew it some people were not satisfied with these records. A sudden knock on the door caught our attention, “Sammy—” I'm not done yet, but she cut me off. “Sure,” she said. She walks towards the door, and she opened it, but no one came in. We looked at each other with a bewildered look on our faces. She looked outside to check if someone is playing a joke to us. As a result of that, she didn't see anything. Once again, we heard a knock on the door. “What the—” Sammy's eyes widen. “Sapphire,” I murmured. “Uhm, care to explain?” Sammy asked. She arched her right eyebrow. “Sure, Sapphire is from 8th grade, right?” Sapphire nodded and she showed up her smiles to Sammy. “In my opinion, you are not from 8th grade, I think you are more than that,” Sammy said. Sapphire looked at me with a serious look. Her sweet smiles became cold, and blank expressions. “By the way, why are you here? Miss?” Sammy asked, but it seems like Sapphire doesn't want to answer her question with a kind tone, instead she answered it without throwing a glimpse for Sammy. “I'm here because I want to help Zhian—” Sammy cut her off. “Help for what? Just make sure that you don't want any exchange for your help.” She became irritated. I looked at both of them. Sapphire walks toward me and decided to sit beside me. I heard that Sammy slammed the door, and she looks like annoyed. Why? I don't have any clues. Sammy rolled her eyes, and she murmured. I didn't understand, so I shrugged my shoulders. Sapphire showed me the information about Zoe Amethyst Riego. “Just promise me that you will keep it a secret, this information about her was confidential.” I nodded at Sapphire. All of a sudden, the glass of the window has been broken. Someone threw a stone, and something is written down in the stone. Sapphire picked the stone, and she read the words that were written in that stone. “You must die.” In an instant, my heartbeat starts to race. I'm gasping from the air. Sapphire remained silent and stood up until the nurse came in. “What happened?” The nurse asked with a puzzled look. “Someone threw this thing, we don't know who was that because we didn't see anything from the outside,” she stated to the nurse. “Okay? I will report it,” the nurse casual said. We nodded. My mother is still unconscious, I wonder if when she will wake up. I'm still hoping. I glanced at Sammy, but she is just holding her phone, and scrolling through its screen. She wears an earphone, so I decided not to disturb her. Maybe, she doesn't want to talk, or in my perspective, she just doesn't want Sapphire. What's wrong with her? She's glaring at Sapphire. “Hey, are you still listening to me?” I gulped, and awkwardly scratched my nape. “What is it again? Sorry,” I whispered, “Okay, I said to you a while ago, we need to keep a normal look and stay calm when we are inside the school, they are watching us,” she stated. “The deans, the provost, and even the professors, or teachers.” She scrolled down, and the articles appeared about the young girl being accused of having key answers. “Don't give your trust easily, and don't assume that everyone is your alliance.” Then, she showed me the pictures of different students that were bullied. Some of them were chasing the nerds, but some of them were full of paints. “They can give you high grades, but they can also be one of your dogs.” The teachers were receiving small envelopes where the money was inside it. One of the pictures caught my attention. The face was familiar to me, I think I saw her somewhere. Right! She's the one who threw a bucket of paint to Zoe Amethyst when we are in the 7th grade. That girl was giving money to her adviser. I laughed inside my mind, “So, what do you think are the best decisions?” “I don't have any answers for that, can you give me at least five days? Or a week?” I whispered, “We are running out of time, we need to do it, and investigate more to give them justice.” “But, I'm tired, I think, I can't do it alone–” “You have me! Just like what I said before, I want to help you!” she exclaimed. Sammy glanced at her with an annoying look. It seems like, she wants to tape its mouth to shut up. Just keep calm, let me handle this situation. “Okay, I'm going to investigate that further,” I replied to Sapphire. “So, I assumed that you are still doubting my credibility for that kind of case,” she said. She smirked, and she handed me the piece of paper. It says, “Belief in me, and everything will be alright, follow my commands to make things right and according to your plan, sincerely yours.” I looked at Sapphire. “From whom?” I shrugged my shoulder. It's just sincerely yours, but it doesn't have some names.
